I got a side of regular Nacho Fries and I got 1 order of the new YellowBird Nacho Fries today. They were really good, it was smaller than what I thought it would be, but it was still very good and packed quite a punch on the spiciness level, but it wasn’t too spicy….. I have never had a problem with this Taco Bell. The food is always hot. The staff is always very friendly…. Plus it’s really nice to not have to travel all the way into Wichita whenever I want Taco Bell, so 10/10 recommend going and supporting this one!

Extremely dirty restrooms, regardless of the posted sign that says checked every 30 minutes. Refused me because I didn’t possess what appeared to be a store bought mask. I had option to cover my face, but I was refused because it was not to their specifications. I was given no other kind option to keep my business, no suggestion of any other option to serve me. Very rude, disrespectful and self serving.

Tell me why my $1 item was made better than my $6 item. If I’m paying $6 for nachos I atleast would like cheese on more than 5 of the chips. I’m not even upset at the lack of chicken and tomatoes. But hardly any cheese? So I’m paying $6 for a container of chips? If you want nachos definitely stick to the taco trucks cheaper for more. At least the chicken melt was good

Advised would not have ground beef ready for 20 minutes. We ordered steak as a substitute and was charged extra. Out of Dr Pepper, Baja Blast, Sierra Mist. Also advised out of parchment paper for the grilled cheese burrito. Told the employee about the extra charge but said she had to add it. The manager started to come but then didn’t. Thought that was rude.

Out of beans and soft shells but was still able to order. Waited 10 minutes before they mentioned this. Waited another 10 minutes for food, but only gave us one taco, which was about 1/4 of our order. Waited for the rest. Burrito was cold. Chalupa shell was hard, as if stale.

We waited at the drive thru menu for about 5 min, and no one attempted to take our order, so we pulled up to the window thinking maybe that’s how it works at this location. The girl working the window was very rude and ignored us another few minutes. When she finally opened the window to acknowledge us, she just stood there and glared at us. We asked if we order here since no one asked to take our order at the menu. The girl had huge hickies on her neck and a bad attitude. She was very sarcastic and had very poor people skills.

I’m totally disappointed with this taco bell. The guy that was running the drive thru was polite and welcoming. Although the news that they where out of tortillas, chips, and more than one kind of soda fountain drinks. Therefore my plans to order a couple burritos from the value menu had to be changed to ordering an entire meal that didn’t need tortillas to be made which made my order go from what I had planned to spend, $10 or less, to having to spend $24. Once I got my order, the chalupa shells were cold and hard to even take a bite of. The taco shell that came with the meal wasn’t crunchy. The taco was very sad to see. Hopefully it was just a bad day. I’m probably 1 of a 1000 people they served. Your experience may be the best ever.

It’s not just this location. I hate that no one takes your order anymore. You have to use the kiosk. I waited at the register for about 3 minutes (they saw me) and no one said a word to me. Just ignored me. Food is always good though.
