Ordered from here last night I received old burnt chicken tenders with my door dash order. Taco meat tasted old and my chicken stacker had onions in it. That’s not event part of the ingredients that was advertised with the chicken stacker. I have never experienced this with this location or any other location but I refuse to order again!

Not down with having to order from the kiosk. It would make sense they asked us to use the kiosk, and if we didn’t want to, they would ring the order up themselves. I went and ordered the 3 taco supreme with a Dr. pepper and a burrito supreme with extra sour cream. I get home open the bag and I have three regular tacos and a regular burrito. I have to say they got the Dr.pepper right. So I called to let them know that my order was wrong and the guy says we charged you for regular tacos (as if that makes it ok) I order supreme tacos!!!!!! That is the combo!!!!!!! The people that work there need a little more schooling and there needs to be a grown up to make sure things get done right. This happens every time I go there. literally had hair in my food 2 hairs that literally aren’t mine. and my food was wrong also. i also understand that things happen but as i pulled up to the window she was replacing it but kept slamming the window while i was talking. i was being so nice and then gave me my food without even asking about anything. like if i find a hair in my food don’t be rude to me for no reason. . and my food was literally still wrong. always like this at this taco bell. lady was rude and disrespectful. i work in food service, so much can be solved when you’re respectful. but it’s just taco bell so whatever. but still the one on kemp is always much nicer and cleaner.

Going into building. Not busy. 1 car in driveway. I employee eating. Manager girl ” assuming” holding up the drive thru counter on her phone. Then asks us to us kiosk cause shes busy in drivethru. Crazy. Customer service doesnt seem to even exist here. So did not order. Decided if they didnt want customers anyway. 3 less wouldnt matter to them.

My order has been wrong 4 times consecutively going to this Taco bell in the past month and a half. I have not ordered anything special, there has just been an item completely missing each time. They have been out of cheese and ground beef this month alone. I substituted beef for chicken on a soft taco because they were out of beef and they gave me a lettuce taco with probably a gram of chicken on it. Out of all fast food restaurants in Wichita Falls, this Taco Bell seems to have the weakest leadership with a co.plete failure in standards, accountability, quality control, and training.

I like Taco Bell but I do not recommend coming to this one during lunch hour rush or late night. They are so slow. Management does not have enough employees on schedule during that time. The few employees that are there only really provide service to Drive Thru. So if you dine in I’d recommend using the shelves serve kiosk. It’s not the employee’s fault, it’s management not having enough employees there.
