Employees showing each other videos on their phones. Was told to use kios instead of the employee taking my order as a regular order. Asked for SUPREME dorito Loco taco got it without the sour cream. 8 Employees and no customer and still got bad service and order. Do better.

This is the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. My husband and I were ordering food through the drive thru and the guy taking our order kept laughing and not paying attention to our order so we had to repeat ourselves many times. Then when we get up to the window to get our food he asks me to back up so that I stay far back enough so that their timer to get our food together is not activated so that he doesn’t get in trouble and can take their time getting the food to us. After staying back after a minute he then tells me to drive to the side to wait on my food and we sit for another 10 -15 mins waiting on our food. My husband then has to go inside to get our food all because he wanted to joke around with his co workers and not get in trouble for our order. I’ve been in management for a long time and I would be so embarrassed if one of my employees acted this way and would get him out of there as soon as possible.

One of the guys inside did not give me my cash app card back and Immediately tried to use it on Someone else’s food order. My phone started to go off before I left the parking lot which made me turn around and go back to get my card. I normally go here after I get off work sometime, but now I will not be going back ever again due them trying to steal my money off my card. And to everyone who will say anything. I thought the guy return my card but he didn’t. And he let me pull off without it after I made a big purchase with them. That’s why I always put my money in my savings and pull whatever I need out at a time.

We came a few years ago to this same location and stopped coming because management and service was awful. We decided to come back again and service is still the same and dinning tables are dirty, went to tell them and hesitated to clean the tables even after i offerd to clean it my self. The manager rudely sent us to the kiosk because they’re short hande, yet there was not a single customer except for us with 5 workers.

27 minutes in line for food and ONLY 4 cars ahead of me. There was only a handful of parks in the parking lot to eat inside. Unbelievable! If you are the manager, stop being so cheap and hire help! I could have received my food at sit down restaurant FASTER than your drive through!
