When the closest taco bell to your home never gets it right. I check my order to not remember everything on my part until I get home and then realize they forget items multiple times. Don’t think I’ll ever go back and will just have to deal with it.

FILTHY!! Will never be back. Everything from the front lobby to kitchen we could see standing there (no telling the areas we couldn’t see) the coke counter, the floors everywhere to the bathrooms which had no paper towels and a filthy sink and also floors. I attached pictures for you to see. One guy came out to “clean” tables in the dining area using a thin paper towel and no cleaner, underwear hanging out of his jeans and a sucker in his mouth.

Here’s a picture of what they are serving at this location, compared to other locations in the area several that I’ve been to I have never gotten one this bad. To the guy making them tonight with glasses short dude hairy arms if you have to vigorously pump the cheese dispenser that means it’s out bro. Because after you made mine I watch you make the next one after you switched it out you only had to pump it once and a lot came out in that burrito. I don’t know if you were trained properly or who trained you but common sense is obviously lacking. I’ll drive several miles away before I go back to this location!

If I could give 0 stars I would. They put no meat or filling in my crunch wrap, and then forgot my cinnamon delights. When I went back around to ask for it I was asked for my bag back as if I’m lying, accused of not paying for it, I provided a receipt and they still acted as if I had stashed cinnamon delights somewhere. Terrible service. I’ve never seen security level investigation over fast food

Doordasher here, and just honestly concerned person. The employees that worked 11/3/24 were some of the rudest and slowest I’ve ever encountered while dashing, first order I had took 13 minutes past the pickup time. The third one? Was thrown, not placed.. THROWN on the counter, kid rolled his eyes and went off laughing with the others in the back.
Also not sure how having food on the ground, is sanitary in a kitchen? Photo was taken during wait for 3rd order around two hours after I noticed the floor the first time.

Took 45 minutes before my order we even started on. No ice in ice machine. No lids for cups. Bathroom a complete mess. And complete apathetic attitude from the staff. This has been the case in my multiple visits at this location and don’t plan to stop by again.
