The quality of this location has never been the same since COVID but lately it’s worse. The counters were dirty. The food portion is smaller. I ordered crispy chicken tacos and barely 2 bites of chicken. Totally unappealing! I only come here because the kid likes the tacos but he has to substitute for steak as the ground beef doesn’t like him, so we are upcharged for a small amount of meat.

Placed a mobile order at Taco bell. Part of the order was a 12 taco party pack. I was missing one soft taco and one crunchy taco. My Mexican pizza order was put at the bottom of bag and was smeared all over the to go box lid. Same with my loaded nachos. This is 3rd time I’ve had an issue with an order in the last month. The dining area was a complete mess and 7 tables needed to be bussed. Lack of leadership and discipline at this location. Would not recommend.

Almost no meat in crunch wrap. The photo doesn’t show it very well but there was a very thin layer of queso cheese with maybe a tablespoon of meat spread out. Disappointing.

I visited this Taco Bell late at night and had a really bad experience. There was only one employee working at the front — the man on the night shift — and he was extremely rude during my visit. Even though no other customers were there, I ended up waiting almost 30 minutes for an order that should only take about 5 minutes.
This location seriously needs to improve its customer service during night hours.

Just ordered lunch for my family after church. I’m very displeased with the food. Mexican pizza shells tasted stale. Taco Supreme shells tasted like they were old and not fresh. Crispy chicken cantina taco looked horrible from the start.

Got breakfast yesterday (Tuesday) at 8:45 am. It was fast and priced right. Today, I come by at 8:10 am, and it is completely empty inside. Google says they open at 8, the door says 10. How could they not be open on a weekday at 8 for people going to work? Especially when yesterday I had no issue. Very disappointed, I don’t have a lot of extra time to go elsewhere
