This TB is definitely the most consistently bad TB we’ve ever been to! We moved here almost 3 years ago and have gone here maybe 10 or so times. I have wanted to leave a truthful review EVERY single time because there’s always something wrong or bad, but I work in healthcare CS and I have worked in the food industry previously, and I know how hard it can be and how unfair customers can be with their demands, expectations and special requests. So, I always give them another try. They NEVER get order right and skimp on items we pay for, I.e. barely any meat in taco, barely any chips for nachos, put sour cream when requested not to, ADD beans to items that don’t come with beans, only put a little sauce in small cup, etc.We have been here at all times of day, morning , early afternoon, and now dinner and something is ALWAYS wrong or bad service. I only have pics from this order, and tonight we paid for chips with nacho cheese sauce and jalapeno sauce; the containers are maybe 1/4 full and there are NO chips! The iced tea tastes like water and has a little yellow tint, it’s not tea! Things are EXPENSIVE these days, Even at fast food restaurants! I just wish the employees at this location would try to understand that and give better, quality service and food. Other TB’s in the area are fine! Never had an issue, but this one is right down the street and more convenient. Thx for listening, pics attached.
Edit: We dug into our food and wouldn’t you know, they obviously added some sort of chipotle sauce to my chicken quesadillas which DO NOT come with chipotle! I hate anything smoky! Especially chipotle! My goodness, it never ends! Never have these issues at any other TB!
Also, how does it still show them at 3.5 stars??!! Almost every review is bad!

Whoever was on the line at 1pm today deserves a raise, a promotion, and possibly a small statue.
I just experienced the most flawless Cheesy Gordita Crunch that has ever existed. Impossibly creamy. Perfectly cheesy. The exact right ratio of beef to lettuce in every bite.
I’ve had a lot of CGCs over the years. I would bet real money that I die before I ever eat one that surpasses what I was served today.
This location isn’t always like this. It’s hit or miss, just like any other Taco Bell. But today? They unleashed their secret weapon. Somebody back there is mastering their craft.
I could have waited three hours, gotten in a parking lot fender bender, been mildly insulted, and I would still give five stars based solely on the heavenly bites that hit my palate.

Taco Bell is always great for a late night snack. Stopped in for dinner after a long day. Ordered the three taco supremes and a root beer. Boy did it hit the spot. Love myself some late night taco bell.

Paid for chicken to be put in there instead of beef in the Nacho Cheese Doritos® Locos Tacos Supreme® And there was like almost none. And this wasn’t the first time as well. I’ve left it be the few time but it’s just consistent at this point. It’s the taco and quesadilla, man. They follow instruction but man, talk about the quality in service food.
Every time they just barely even put any chicken in. It’s like I’m just biting into the shell. If I’m playing for extra then put the right amount, and I’m just getting use to the area as well. The one off of I-35, North Tarrant pkwy, and Harmon rd does a better job at portioning the chicken out.

I have been at the front counter for 15+min, one customer has already walked out. No one has come up to the counter once to take an order, this locations night crew is beyond horrible. Doesn’t matter which day (not the first, or even the 4th time), 0 customer service, employees coming in and out of the store to go sit in a car to smoke (same car, 3 different employees have gone to it to smoke). They need a change in leadership or a whole new night staff. Beyond ridiculous that they cant even acknowledge the customers in the lobby. Had to shout to the drive thru worker to get any help. Stay far away anytime after 6pm. Giving the food 4 stars right now, but will update if I ever get it.
UPDATE: Still waiting on my food…..
UPDATE #2: 25min later I finally received my food. I will never return to this place. I will drive to the other location 15min away and I will still get my food faster than this location can serve it. The drive thru employee was very apologetic, he is the only saving grace for this place. The employees on food were moving like sloths with no sense of urgency thay there is 8 people in the lobby and 5+ cars in the drive thru.

I would not recommend, I asked for a chalupa box and wanted to swap the chicken for beef and it didn’t have any meat in it, I also asked for it to be supreme and the out 3 diced pieces of tomatoes on it, I went to the front to ask for I paid for, and they didn’t give me my drinks…. And they walk right passed me, ignored me and kept taking other peoples orders, they also only had the wild strawberry freeze even though the self service look says they have all of them. I also ask for my burrito to be supreme and it had no lettuce it tomatoes. I can see why it’s always empty here

Completely Disgusted I found a black long hair in my taco. This was a DoorDash order. I called the store and the manager apologized. I explained to him that there was a black hair in my taco and he said yes, there is someone with that type of hair that works here

The staff were all friendly, but the cabbage in my veggie bowl made me throw up. The ice maker didn’t work, most of the sodas in the soda machine seemed to have not been changed as they were disgusting and watered down. Seemed dirty and will never go back to this location, threw up at the restaurant after biting bad cabbage. Eat at your own risk.
