I had an issue with my mobile order and I called and the manager Deborah took care of me right away. She was so kind and made sure I was satisfied after having incorrect items and items missing. Even though I don’t eat Taco Bell much these days, it always hits the spot when I do. The volcano sauce is surprisingly good. I wish they would make the Chili Cheese Burrito a permanent menu item. I hope they bring back the OG Frito Burrito one day.

Ordered extra beef on my food and it didn’t come with the extra beef I paid for when I got home. I gave them a call, and came back for them to remake my order. The lady said she would toss in an extra taco for my inconvenience of going all the way back to Taco Bell, and I appreciated that. Of course, I made the same mistake again of believing them and didn’t double check my order, and no extra taco was given. If this were a rare isolated occurrence, it’s whatever, but this happens more often than not with them leaving out the extra ingredients I pay for. I just ask they make the order I paid for correctly in the first place, and stop wasting my time. Will have to double check every single order I make going forward to make sure they don’t skimp me of food that I’m paying for.

Wow by far the rudest staff I have ever experienced at a Taco bell. I was management for Taco Bell and training for GM so i know this is not tolerated. They never greeted us or the two other parties that entered. Then told a man use the
Kiosks to order its faster. Since they were too busy to serve us but we can stand against the counter. Then they argued with an elderly woman about her and her daughters order so much the woman told her to give her money back and walked out. Now there is a employee talking loudly in the dining room dissing the elderly woman. That is insane and so rude. The food was sub par tacos not filled to top, tea is watered down. I won’t be back to this store. The change in management is not good

Idk why some of the reviews are poorly rated. I’ve been coming to this location for a couple years, it’s prob been one time when my order doesn’t come out right but it was so minor. Every other time my order has been correct & the customer service is great. I’m wondering if ppl actually call about their complaints before giving a review . Anyway this Taco Bell location is great!

Order my food at the drive thur, When the person came on the intercom you can hear the employees playing around and yelling. I ordered a #9 and asked to substitute the meat for chicken on the pizza. He then said what was that??? Again I said #9 with chicken, no meat on the pizza please. A long pause then he said you want stake?? At this point I am a bit upset, but kept my cool since they are probably high school kids working.
I replied no chicken on the pizza, no meat please. He didn’t even ask what kind of drink I would like. Then he said Aight!! Aight!!! I got you!!! Like he was upset that he couldn’t get my order right. It was simple #9 chicken on the pizza no meat. That’s it!!!
I just blew it off because they all look like teenagers working.
I get home take a bite of the Mexican pizza, horrible!!! I then smell the pizza to figure out why it tastes to nasty, The tostada they use is so stale it has a weird smell. It was old, it left a bitter taste.

I ordered a steak bell grande, and it lettuce and jalapenos and extra cheese to it. The service was fast and quick my food most definitely was hot and fresh I didn’t have any issues. I really wish they bring back the Mexican pizza though . But all and all it was good and at that time of night their customer service was awesome.

The young lady at the window taking the order and money was very unpleasant. Did not care to greet me I on the other hand did dsay hi to her and I said thank you and she just handed me my order without saying a single word.
