This Taco Bell has disappointed every single time for the last few years. Same on me for continuing to give it a chance and the last time was the worst. As I was walking in the manager felt it necessary to read another bad review allowed to all employees while I shoot in lobby hearing the conversation afterwards she proceeded to sit in office rather than try and lead to to improvement. I ordered and waiting about 12mn at which point I walked up to check on order and noticed it bagged up and sitting without my name being called. Its disappointing to see the younger generation being lead by such bad examples and we wonder why things keep declining.

Asked for the 3 layer burrito with no beans why is there barely any feeling no cheese barely sour cream. I call and tell them and they tell me because I didn’t ask for beans that the burrito is going to look like that which doesn’t make since so just because I don’t want beans you’re going to give me barely scrapes. Rather eat roses at least when I ask for something without it they don’t short the meat off.

Absolutely disgusting! Terrible service, food, horrendous. Poor quality starts with a manager that doesn’t care at all. Fast food in grapevine and Southlake are better than our sit in restaurants. I wonder why, maybe the type of people working there.

Absolutely horrible experiences time and time again. Ordered several items, including a box combo through UberEats and only received one stale chalupa and a soft taco that I didn’t order. 20 items ordered and I was given two wrong items… I’m not even sure how you could mess up something so simple, repeatedly.

I went in for a simple order, and I needed to split the payment. I was told they couldn’t do that because it was two cards. I got two identical items and they didn’t even offer to just ring it up as two separate transactions.
The as I’m leaving disappointed and hungry, I get a notification from my phone that they ran one of my cards for the full amount instead of the split payment. The cashier (self proclaimed manager) Monte was the one processing the transaction. He was INSISTENT that Taco Bell doesn’t do split payments, regardless of the fact that I have done a split payment previously at the same location.
So rather than just admit he charged the wrong amount and come up with a solution, he just flat out refused to do anything at all and pushed all the blame onto me, even though he entered the wrong amount into the point of sale.
It really sucks that this location has gone downhill so far in terms of quality of service.

They literally ask you multiple times what sauce you want and then dont give you any. And the employees inside give dirty looks out the drive thru window and have a rude attitude.

This Taco Bell location is consistently excellent! The food is always fresh, hot, and tastes just the way it should. We’ve been here many times and not once has there been a mistake with our order — which is rare these days. The staff is efficient and gets everything right, even during busy hours. Definitely one of the best Taco Bells we’ve been to!
