Taco Bell is still just Taco Bell. However, my last visit my bean burritos were scraped from the bottom and sides of the container as you can see on this plate I dug out all of these hard crusty crumbs out of my burrito. It was disgusting.
I’m visited this location several times over the last couple of months. Normally the burritos are OK. They are just bean burritos the cheese they put on them is about a tablespoon. I often order avocado salsa, which you pay for and they forget to put it in the bag 50% of the time I will say that the crispy beef supreme tacos were pretty good.
I pick up food from drive-through.
Ps. I spoke with an employee a year or so ago about the taco I ordered. I said it should look like the picture on the windows as you come in. She said they didn’t know what the picture looked like because they enter from the back.
The taco had just enough meat to cover the bottom of the shell, a maximum of 10 strands/shreds of lettuce with a sprinkle of cheese on top. The filling in total was less than a third of the taco shell.
I blame this on management. None of these people have been trained or supervised properly.

These are the literal tacos I got! It’s supposed to be Cantina Chicken Tacos. They also forgot to give me all my sauces and didn’t put the creamy jalapeño sauce that is supposed to be on these. Where is the rest of the chicken?! This isn’t just a mistake, this is just laziness and disregard!

Taco Bell in Midlothian is so pathetic that I don’t know why I bother to ever go there and spend my money. They don’t even know how to make a taco. What are y’all afraid of by filling a taco shell? You should really learn from Taco Casa because they are full every time consistently. Don’t waste your money here go somewhere else.

Tacos were fine. Extra meat definitely not added to my 5-Layer that i paid for. Not a big deal, but being a Taco Bell connoisseur, this location has hands down the worst cinnamon twists ever.

I only ordered a LARGE MIDNIGHT BAJA BLAST. It took them 15 MINUTES. FOR ONE DRINK. The lady at the counter looked at me like 10 times as I sat there staring at them waiting, and then FINALLY asked what I was waiting for and proceeds TO GIVE ME THE WRONG DRINK, like girl what are you even doing. Their check in kiosk also can’t give you a paper receipt, only digital, which isn’t world ending but I don’t want a text or email receipt, who the flip does??? Do better Taco Bell

Service was with a smile however distracted. Employees were having a great time inside which is never an issue for me. But I got home and received a pizza that looked like it fell completely and got stuffed back into the box. Barely stuffed burritos. I don’t usually complain about my food but this is just ridiculous.

I will give credit where credit is due , the drive through attendant, was very pleasant efficient and seemed genuine throughout her interaction, the order was prepared in a timely manner. However, I cannot say all of the product that I see received was even anywhere close to the par for any location of Taco Bell that I’ve visited. Literally one price of chicken. I would have rather they told me they were out, than sell me a product that is not to brand standard. I would like a response and refund due to the lack of integrity; selling me a product no where near advertised! Photo attached for your review, and proof of what I receive!
