I was gifted two coupon for a free taco at this store (with a valid purchase) due to an extended wait time, which was very much unnecessary but very appreciated!
the first time I presented the coupon there was no trouble. the nice lady went to the back and grabbed me one after completing my order
when I visited today however, the employee refused to accept it. and told me I had to manually redeem the coupon on the kiosk (thus, requiring a second purchase in addition to the combo I had already bought that same visit)
literally would have taken ten seconds to walk back and grab a taco. but nope. I was totally stone walled.

I went to the Taco Bell drive-through last night, and it was a disaster. We got our order, and they also gave us a bunch of drinks that weren’t ours. When we told the worker at the window that we didn’t order those drinks and that they must have given us the wrong order, they accused us of already getting the food that went with the drinks and lying about it. They were super rude and kept insisting we were being aggressive, even though we were just trying to give back the extra drinks! The whole experience was ridiculous, and I’m never going back to that location again.

I am honestly shocked by how poorly this situation was handled. My order was made incorrectly, and when I politely pointed out the mistake, the employees became defensive and started yelling at me through the drive-thru window. Instead of taking responsibility or attempting to fix the issue, they blamed me for their mistake. To make matters worse, two additional employees came up to the drive-thru window and accused us of lying, insisting the order was correct when it clearly was not.
I have never experienced such disrespectful, aggressive, and unprofessional behavior at a drive-thru before. Mistakes happen, but being shouted at and called a liar for simply asking for the correct order is completely unacceptable. This experience was humiliating and left us feeling angry and disrespected. I will not be returning, and management seriously needs to address how customers are treated here.

No customer service. This is all self order only and when you call back into the kitchen for some hot sauce your ignored by the dirty employees who are leaning against the doorways talking. Counters are dirty, tables are dirty. This taco bell is a poor example of a taco bell.

It is always a great place to dine. All the staff our Super friendly and go out of their way to help you. They really want for everyone to have a great dining experience. I applaud the management for running a great team. Keep up the great work. My family I will continue to come back and back.

This Taco Bell is a disaster. We ordered in the drive-thru and the person taking our order seemingly had no idea what we were saying. We patiently tried to correct our order a few times before they told us to pull to the window. “Oh,” we thought, “they’re just having trouble hearing us through the microphone.” Nope. When we got to the window, they gave us a total. Annoyed, we decided to just take what they gave us, as the last thing we’d seen on the screen was… okay. We were interested in trying the new chicken nuggets and those seemed to make it into the order so we cut our losses. We then waited for 15-20 minutes for the crew to make our food (the longest I’ve ever waited at a Taco Bell without a line in front of me). After all that trouble, the nuggets we came for were effectively inedible.

Every single time we come here they get something wrong. Paid $45 for our order and got regular tacos instead of doritos locos, was missing my taco with my combo and our agau fresco tasted like cleaning liquid with white cubes floating in it.

If you ever go here the food is good but for some reason the employees will straight ignore you if you are picking up a Togo order inside so always go through the drive through. I’ve been coming here for over a year and that seems to be the trend so always do the drive through.

Love the food. Hate the cold and impersonal ordering process. I’d rather speak to someone than peck at a computer kiosk. My only interaction with an employee was when she said my name as she dropped my order on the counter. No HI, or Bye, or even a Thank You. It made me feel unwelcome and the whole encounter felt irksome.
