Ordered a grilled cheese burrito with a steak substitution but was served this pittance that was over half just tortilla wrap. For a $7 burrito these portions are atrocious, I’ve always thought that TB was supposed to be the fast food brand that gave you the most bang for buck but I could go to any other fast food place in my area and get a much more satisfying meal for $7.

Fast food on this stretch of sycamore has some of the best service I’ve ever received, and Taco Bell is part of that elite group. Friendly and fast- breaking stereotypes about fast food service one burrito at a time. Kudos to yall.

I’ve been coming to this location every now and then late night for a lil munchy meal and I’ll say, it is always on point. Food is hot and delicious! Drinks are cold and refreshing! Plus the staff is always helpful. Some of the people (most) that are leaving these 1 star reviews have to be trippin cause I always have a great time. Plus, huge shout out to Jude, one of the managers there, who helped me through my order in the drive thru. He was super helpful and kind. Will be coming back. Thank you Taco Bell.

Paid for extra cheese and sour cream and most of the chips are completely dry and barely any meat. So I paid $7 for tortilla chips basically. There’s less on it than how they’re normally made. The manager was very friendly and easily corrected the order for me though and gave me a few coupons for free tacos!

The staff is just chit chatting in the back of the kitchen. No one on the register or to even see a kiosk order. The FAST food came out 30 mins later. Worst taco bell ever. WHERE IS THE MANAGEMENT?

I would have enjoyed meat in my tacos. The portions are very very small. The lady working the window got extremely upset because I asked to add Hot sauce at the window after turning it down while placing my order. I even apologized to her and left the business feeling scolded. Oh… No straws either for the two drinks.

We ordered Tacos and Quesadilla. The food was OK, but the meat in my Taco was not hot. It was lukewarm. We used the kiosk to order food. When the employee called the customers orders, he seemed uninterested in what he was doing. No smile or warmth.

My food was sloppy and last time I was there they made a huge deal about not doing multiple orders and when my other friend came through they did three orders for them I tried to contact corporate and their district manager but he told me that I was in the wrong and didnt do anything about it. Hate this location in Euless they deserve no stars.

When i went to the front counter the lady asked me if i was placing an order or picking up. I said placing and she pointed at the computer kiosk and did not want to take my order. The restaurant was not busy at all. I asked “you cant take my order here?” she did not replied and looked very annoyed and made it seem like i was an inconvenience. She finally took my order and all it took was 15 seconds of her time. I will not be going to this location anymore.
