⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars – The Best Taco Bell Experience Anywhere

I can’t say enough good things about the Taco Bell located at 1008 S Crowley Rd in Crowley. This has honestly become our go-to spot, and the staff here makes it feel like so much more than just a fast-food restaurant.

My son stops here after school almost every day, and the team has gotten to the point where they practically know us by name. The service is consistently friendly, welcoming, and respectful and that’s something you don’t always find these days.

They always get our order right, the food is fresh, and the customer service is top tier. What really stands out is the genuine care they show. I’ve even had the chance to talk with some of the workers outside of the store, and I actually refereed one of the employee’s son’s basketball games last year, it just shows how connected and community oriented this place feels.

This location is a blessing to Crowley. The staff works hard, stays positive, and treats people with kindness every single time. If you’re looking for a Taco Bell with great food, great people, and a team that truly cares, this is the one.

Keep up the amazing work, you all deserve recognition!

This restaurant was the nastiest place I have ever been too. Trash all over the floor, tables were all greasy, trash all over the kitchen floor, food was incorrectly made, food had black stuff on it, human feces on the toilet seat in the men’s room, order took 30 min or longer to get. Overall impression I will never come back to this store and will be calling in the morning.

I try not to blast places but damn, they are needing some blasting. We just ordered from here there were 7 women working in the front. The lady over the voice system wasn’t friendly, but okay that’s Taco Bell. It happens. We went to the window, there was no one in front of us and they asked us what we ordered three times. We relayed back and one lady snapped, “yeah I got it.” Okay. Fine. My husband ordered a Pepsi zero. He has diabetes and can’t have the sugar from regular Pepsi. They poured a regular and gave it to us. He asked the girl if it was Pepsi Zero. She looked really confused and looked at all the people around her. We told her we want a Pepsi zero. They took it back, emptied it out and refilled it with regular Pepsi and tried to give it back to us. We told them again, we need Pepsi zero. They just stared at us. We said, is this Pepsi zero? They stared at us. We said are you out of Pepsi zero? They said we are out of Pepsi zero. Okay, we can’t have regular Pepsi do you have anything else zero?. They said no and tried to get us again to take the regular. We asked if they could just refund us the drink. They had to get a manager who tried to again get us to take a regular Pepsi. We asked please just for the refund if there were no other zero sugar options. We did eventually get the refund. Just be warned, that could have been a dangerous and serious situation if we weren’t watching what was poured. They were really stressed, I’m trying to be cognizant of that.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews, I usually don’t care enough. However. The creature you have working the speaker on 2nd shift is going to lose them more bussiness than just mine. I often felt sorry for whoever was working window because I could hear the disorganized rabble in the kitchen from the parking lot.
They were not sounds of joy my friend.
GM or Management needs correction.

My coworker and I spent $30 weekly there.

Very friendly, fast, and have done an amazing job on every visit I’ve had over the last 2 years. The young people working are genuinely trying and excited. Heard a young man celebrating the charitable donations, “rounding up” the purchase. Even discussing the scholarships available for securing the most. The others were listening to him and getting excited for it too. Positive, contagious behaviors. The crew there is awesome.

While I can appreciate people laughing and having fun at their jobs, how about you do that while getting peoples orders right? Just spent $30 for dinner because I worked 16 hours and am too tired to cook only for almost all my order to be wrong when I get home. Really really appreciate yall.

I order 5 cantina tacos. When I got to the window I asked how much was a small drink, the young lady at the window said “It’s happy hour”. It was a little after 5 o clock I’m like okay. So I order the passion fruit and baja blast freeze with the tacos, the rude manager comes to the window and said “just to let you know happy hour is from 2-5pm. I’m looking her like “what??” I didn’t ask for the happy hour your cashier mention happy hour to me. The manager went on to say ” I’m going to give them to you this time, .” Rude. I paid for the order and left got home and there was barley any meat on the tacos. I called up to the restaurant and asked to speak to the same manager I tell her the tacos barely had meat on them. This is her : Well ma’am they come with one scoop of meat.” I told her but there’s hardly any meat more veggies then anything. Manager: Well we can remake them or give your money back, but it’s still one scoop. I hung up. My kids just said keep them Mom. The food was dissatisfaction and the manager is not a good manager, rude and has no type of customer service.

I ordered a chicken chalupa. I received the item but the shell looked very light. Everyone knows when you get a chalupa it’s at least supposed to be brown/ golden brown. So I drove back and asked can i get one that had more color to it. A lady with an accent got hostile and said “we can only fry them for 45 seconds we can’t make them burnt” . She proceeded to give me one and said “this one is fresh” and it literally looked just like the first one. Why is it always so hard to get what is being advertised BY THE COMPANY THEY WORK FOR?????

Drive thru worker really nice and manger was cool until they messed up my order for the second time after me bringing it back. So I called for a refund because I asked for no cheese and the manger trying to accuse me and say he wrapped them so I’m lying but then want to offer the refund. You could have just said that, no matter your opinion because it’s definitely wrong. They had 4 times to get it right and only got it right one time. Never again.
