They were pleasant, which is why the 3rd star was added. If I ask for a burrito in a bowl due to not being able to eat the tortilla, dont straight up lie to me when I specifically ask you if it’s in a bowl before you hand it to me. Thanks. I had to toss it.

I gave a 2 star because I pulled up in the drive through to order but after reading the reviews, I changed my mind and decided to go home and cook because I can do myself a better service. I looked at some of the other Taco Bells as well and I’m not impressed. I even remembered that his location messed up my order before.

It’s really impressive how lazy a meal can be. You’d think if a sauce is advertised it would be present in at least 20-30% of bites? Instead of just the last one? Also the classic menu is decimated. I just wanted a taco wrapped in a quesadilla. Maybe two. Instead I tried something new and got sadness.

A few times now I have gone in to order to make sure my order is put in correctly. This was one of those time. For some reason they cant read the ticket and put cheese on my food. Last time they never called my order just set it on the counter when the lobby was full. Just shows how little they care to do their job correctly

Taco Bell isn’t as great as it used to be years ago but it is a dependable place to go when the munchies hit. I’ve enjoyed many of their menu items over the years with my all time favorites being the Mexican Pizza Combo and the Volcano Menu items. I was disappointed to find out that the Volcano Menu return did not include the Volcano Nachos but the Volcano Taco and Volcano Burrito were both as good as I remember.

We went through the drive thru and our experience was difficult to say the least thanks to the boy on the headset, Miguel I think his name was. Food was to be expected however his attitude towards us was ridiculous, I hope he never works in customer service because of his indifferent attitude, to prevent pissing people off. Couldnt be bothered to correct a mistake, we payed with cash and to make it easier on him we handed him cash and we were collecting change to give to him so it could be a simple transition without him having to give us change and just our bills.
Thank you Miguel for starting our day off wrong. Good luck with that nonchalant attitude of yours.

Actually the best Taco Bell I’ve been to! This location was sooo fast. We barely had to wait, which is a miracle because most TBs take their sweet sweet time (like the Taco Bell on pipeline in hurst). They also did a good job at not being skimpy with the fillings. At other TBs they add the filling only to the middle and the rest is empty. The cheesy gordita crunch with black beans: delicious. The crunch wrap supreme also very good. 10/10 would recommend this Tbell. I also appreciate that the people working at the window were looking at the sunset.

I went to Taco Bell to order food and I didn’t know we were supposed to order in the screen so I waited cause they were making someone’s food order and then she asked me if I had ordered and I told her no and she gave me attitude and told me to order in the screen and I told her okay and then she gave me my food order and I got some sauces and she stared at me and then my dad said thank you and she just stared at them and didn’t say nothing also I get some nacho fries and the nacho was very cold
