If there was a way to give negative stars I certainly would have. Half the menu items are gone. The ones still available, the staff don’t know how to make. Do yourself a favor and save the irritation level, and pick somewhere else to eat at. If Taco Bell is a must, the o e in Carthage is worth the wait and miles to get there.

To be fair, I’ve only had good experiences with the staff. But the food…not so much. Thought I’d grab a crunchwrap supreme after seeing a commercial. But for nearly $9 I expect more than lettuce in a grilled tortilla with a sprinkle of beef (see photos). Complete ripoff.

Went in taco bell today at 2:45. I was at the counter ready to order. The girl at the register looked at me and I looked at her. We kept eye contact for a few minutes and she never acknowledge that I was there and ready to order. She never spoke a word, just looked at me and never asked me could she help me with my order. I think this is something that needs to be addressed. She looked away and never asked me was I ready to order.

Came to the drive through and sat for about 8 min at the speaker and no response. Rolled to the window and and no one was there. Waited a min and nothing. Called Taco bell and received an answer. I asked if they were open and was told yes. I asked her to come to the window and was told they couldn’t take our order without driving back through.

Ordered on the kiosk inside. Two other kiosk orders came out before ours even though they were placed after us. Waited over ten minutes for just 3 luxe boxes, and some of the items were wrong despite the wait. I’m so disappointed ☹️
