Upon picking up my order from directly next-door, My order was already waiting for me. Glad I grabbed the sauces I had requested because none was provided nor napkins. I said thank you you have a nice day, It was like I was a ghost. Nobody said anything. Upon opening my order, it smelled like burnt grilled cheese. My crunch wrap was a soggy soft wrap. These guys aren’t putting any heart into this whatsoever! Very disappointed.

This visit was one of our very cold nights. We parked, went in, ordered. The girl who took our order was pleasant and she was the one who made our food also. The entire rest of the staff was more interested in talking with the drivers of their delivery truck. A truck which pulled up with their bumper maybe 2 feet from the car and sat there honking. Apparently would have continued honking until we left had they not INSISTED i go move my car. I believe I was told 3 times I NEEDED TO MOVE. I was parked near the front door, they were not busy at the time of our arrival. This was a whole bunch of BS. I am aware I am not going to make an impact to their overall success and profits. But, I have been a long time customer of theirs since they originally opened in my Oregon town in the early 1970’s. After this experience I am no longer a customer. Taco Bell has been going down hill for a long time. Their food steadily declining in selection, appearance, and nutritional value. Now this, GOODBYE TACO BELL.

So we pulled up to this Taco Bell, ready for some tacos and peace of mind… but instead we got front-row seats to a telenovela. As we’re unbuckling, we see two employees standing at the door. One is holding it closed like they’re expecting the president. Meanwhile, I’m sitting in the car wondering, “Are y’all open? Closed? Or is this a surprise performance?” We pause to figure it out, and suddenly another customer walks up. Out of nowhere, these two employees run out like it’s a reunion episode… one literally picks her up and twirls her around. TWIRLS. I’m in the car thinking, “Okay, so I guess she got the VIP service?” At that point we decided tacos can wait, confusion cannot… so we headed to another Taco Bell. And let me tell you, it was like stepping into a completely different world. We got greeted, everyone was working, and nobody was reenacting a romantic movie scene at the entrance.
Great tacos there. 10/10.
This location? Great entertainment… but I wasn’t prepared for front-door Cirque du Soleil.

I drove 10 miles and paid 16 dollars even rounded up for their stupid fundraiser thing just to get home to burnt chicken nuggets. To be honest. This place needs to get shut down.

Soon as we walked on the staff told us to move our car and put there attention on the truck delivering food.
Place is dirty and employees were sleeping on shift

Used to be pretty good. But here lately everytime my husband or I get it Togo, they burn our food, mostly the quesadillas. Not ours specifically, but we usually are in that group.. Even if we ask them not to overcook it it still comes out almost burnt. Burnt tortillas, chewy meat, and dried up (what should be) creamy pepper sauce and cheese do not taste very well on a lunch break. Everything else has been good except for that part. We try not to make a scene but it’s been 9/10 times lately and yes we LOVE our Taco Bell but would hate to have to drive to go to the other one as it’s a longer drive for us and we love the atmosphere at this location. But we are tired of burnt food.

Friendly service! Clean restrooms the food tasted fresh and was made right. The Baja blast is really refreshing. I unfortunately did not like the Mexican pizza but my husband’s 5 layer burrito was pretty good!

The food is good for fast food, use to be very affordable, not so much anymore. The people working there while not rude, all act like they are doing you a favor by taking your order. They have a new chicken barito that is great but over priced. Thief drinks are to small but that seems to be the way of most “Fast Food” providers any more
