I’ll never eat at this location again. Ordered through drive through from the time I said “I would like” I was being rushed. Got home with my food it was wrong I requested a soft taco no vegetable I got a hard one with vegetables called to see what can be done they were all condescending on the phone “oh you want s refund for your little taco” “oh you want a free taco” no I want my food correct and fresh. I tell you what though the new taco place in whitehouse is way better

Been a handful of times and each time the amount of protein whether chicken or beef is almost non existent. The taco, chalupa, crunch-wrap and burrito is just packed with lettuce and that’s it. Do better.

The staff is always kind and helpful. I messed up my order last time using the self ordering menu, so i asked for assistance today. Brianna come over and helped me. She was so sweet and understanding. Great customer service!

every single time i order something with chicken at this location, it comes out almost freezing cold. i typically bite into it, and get so disgusted that i don’t even bother to try to get it remade. it sucks because i really enjoy this location, but i’m tired of being served cold food

I love Taco Bell but this one has order issue staff really young and understand that but three times now we have gone there and not got all of our order would be missing nachos or gordito or nachos and are nacho fries and we spend anywhere form 39 to 50 in this store I really don’t like having to constantly go back and check an order every time I come here I’m going to have to do that . Visited this afternoon, ordered $30 worth food. Got two Mexican pizzas, & they tasted of old grease. I took them back to the counter, one gentleman responded and made new one. Still tasted the same. Took it back and the manager responded this time. I explained to her that it had been remade and from previous experience, it seems the grease in the fryer needed to be replaced. Instead of doing this and making a fresh one she ask if she can get me something different I responded with I guess I’ll just take a refund. I then ask how often this is done she says it’s usually done in the morning but she was not present. I really just wanted a fresh Mexican pizza. :((
