Every time I think I’ll give them another chance to get things right they screw it up. There’s lettuce on everything that is ordered with NO lettuce, beans when I say NO beans, and they always forget the spicy ranch on the gordita crunch. My experience was HORRIBLE!!! I made a online order, before 10pm. I went to pick up my order 15 minutes later. I get there & my order was still not ready. So, I waited patiently for my order. 30 minutes later, they told me they lost my order & gave my food to someone else!!! After waiting for almost an hour, I finally got my food. Everytime I come here it’s ALWAYS an issue. And, then they gave me 5 EXPIRED coupons… NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Not a single time have I been here and set in line less than 10 minutes. The food is always falling apart, wrong, or cold and stale by the time I get it.
