So at Taco Bell in Greenville Texas, for $3.88 you should be getting 2 crispy tacos, hold cheese. That’s what I ordered, what I paid for. What I received is 2 taco shells, with maybe a TEASPOON OF MEAT in both shells, one had a sprinkle of lettuce, the other had too much lettuce. That is pathetic, wont be going back there

This has to be the worst Taco Bell location I’ve ever been to. Almost everytime I go they get my order wrong. I get home and call, they want me to come drive all the way back for a refund. How in the world would it make sense to spend 5-10 dollars in gas to get my $5 back. I’ve given multiple chances for them to redeem themselves.

The manager was not nice to an autistic customer who was saying they charged him twice, they did not believe him until the second order was ready. My order was completely wrong my kids food had the spicy sauce that comes on the quesadillas when I asked for it not to be on there. That manager needs fired or demoted because that is freaking ridiculous! Me and my husband also got sauces and they didn’t give them to us. Do better for heck’s sake.

I ordered 4 of the build your own Luxe meals and chose to do it via the app. I also had a couple of sides and 5 drinks.. I went through the drive thru to pick it up. I ask the girl with the yucky looking long black fingernails if I needed to check the order and make sure it was all correct. Without smiling or being overly friendly, she answered that checking it wasn’t necessary because she assured me that it was all correct. We got home and everything we ordered was all crammed in one big bag with no markings to let us know what was what. So, needless to say, someone had to put their hands all over everyone else’s food in order to know whose food belonged to who. There was a missing item and it was one of the main items in one of the meals. It would have been a thousand times easier if each meal would have been bagged separately and then together in the larger bag. The food was also cold and they were out of the ingredients needed for one of the frozen drinks that I ordered . Lesson learned. Either check the order yourself when you go through the drive through or eat somewhere else. Picture of what is supposed to be a Mexican Pizza included.

If I could leave 0 stars, that’s what this place would get. We ordered through door dash tonight and when we received our food, we were missing our fiesta potatoes and everything had sour cream on it when we had asked them to remove it from 3 of the items. The receipt even reflects the request for no sour cream. This is not the first time or the second we have had issues with this Taco Bell. Whoever is working in there clearly needs to be trained again or released from duty because this is an ongoing issue and we haven’t been the only folks who’ve experienced this. I won’t be going back. I’ll drive to commerce before I order in town again.
