The employees here are not the best. For example, they don’t even know how to put together a taco, which doesn’t require extensive training.
Lines at ordering kiosk are backed up, and can’t get help from employees.
They are always blaring some terrible music.
The kiosk didn’t give me a paper receipt.
The food wasn’t prepared to perfection and no manager on duty.

Listen, I understand the idea of fast food…but this is a whole different level. It legitimately seems like the ingredients were thrown into a random taco shell that was lying around. Really disappointed in this service and do not recommend.
For reference, ordered 6 supreme tacos, and only two were actually right. The rest were like the one shown above…

I’m so disappointed. They did not give me a receipt.
The chicken quesadilla didn’t have any cheese or chicken on almost half of it and the other half barely had any. Also they didn’t add any tomatoes to the nachos like they are supposed to… They don’t even try. Y’all need new workers!!

If I could give zero stars I would I’ve had nothing but problems from this location and this morning was the last straw they stole 23 dollars from me because the person running the drive thru didn’t cancel the order when asked as disrespectfully as I can say this i hope this store shuts down. DO NOT GO HERE the food is horrible customer service is worse and they will steal from you if given the chance

I really appreciate this Taco Bell a few days ago I had ordered a few vegan items from them and there were a few errors so I called them to let them know but they wrote down my name and told me to come back so they can fix it there power was out so I couldn’t but when they reopened they were all very nice and sweet and fixed my order no problem and even made sure to ask me any questions while making my food to make sure it was all good!!! And the inside is very nice and clean.

I just left this location, I picked up my online order. I didn’t receive the condiments that I asked for, no napkins, or utensils to eat with. The guy working the window was not friendly or welcoming at all. I don’t expect him to be excited to be at work, but at least greet the customers. AT LEAST GREET THE CUSTOMERS!!!

I’m very unsatisfied with everything I spent $16 and my whole order was wrong the fact that I told the girl in drive thru NO SOUR CREAM ON MY TACO it still was on there even after she told me the chalupa didn’t come w sour cream and once I made it home it was on there and my food was greasy my bag ripped because of the grease and I didn’t receive a receipt so the manger said the only thing that they could do was replace my food bc I had no receipt because the girl at the drive thru never handed me one I’ll never eat here again

Bad experience at this location I asked for a refund and the person behind the counter gave me attitude. Furthermore fast food is supposed to be family friendly but there is no changing table in the restroom no wonder this place is always empty
