The service at this establishment was absolutely horrible. When I entered, I had to wait at the counter for at least 20 minutes, and during that entire time, no one came to take our order. Growing increasingly frustrated, I finally approached one of the employees and asked, “Are you not going to take our order?” The woman, who appeared to be rather disinterested, looked at me as if I were speaking a foreign language. I decided to ask again, as my irritation was mounting. I pointed out that I was unfamiliar with the Kiosk machine, which she suggested I use, and expressed my desire to place my order directly at the front counter. Her lack of enthusiasm for her job was evident, and she responded with the worst attitude imaginable. With an exasperated gesture, she merely shook her elbow, sighed, and mumbled, “I don’t know.”
I was taken aback by her rudeness; it seemed to me that customer service should be a priority. I tried to explain my situation, but she continued to dismiss me. Unfortunately, the manager was equally unhelpful, leaving me with a total of 30 minutes wasted in unproductive waiting. This experience was deeply disappointing, especially for a well-known restaurant like Taco Bell. If employees are dissatisfied with their jobs, they should not take it out on customers; that behavior is simply rude and unacceptable. I sincerely hope that improvements can be made in the service quality at this location.

I like Taco Bell. At one time Taco Bell was my goto for fast food. The food is good enough. How do you mess up a five star review? Let me tell you. There are no napkins, no forks, no spoons, no knives, no fire taco sauce, no medium taco sauce, no mild taco sauce, no hot sauce, no black pepper, and no salt available. The counter person did not like it when I pointed her failure to do her job. I stayed awhile to see how long it would take her to fix this. They were never busy and never more than three customers in the building.

The Manager Felicia was AMAZING Today!!! I had placed a Mobile Order, but I had a Paper coupon, as well, So I placed another order at The Drive-Thru. She was Friendly & Professional..she got BOTH of My Orders correct & once I pulled up at The Window…….WOW, She had such a BEAUTIFUL SMILE!!! She told me to wait for just a Moment until My Mobile order was Ready & BOOM, Less than Two minutes later, I had My WHOLE Order!!! THANK YOU, FELICIA & KEEP DOING WHAT YOU ARE DOING, GIRL!!!!!!!

I am all for app ordering because I can sometimes be very specific on how I want my food and app ordering relieves me of the embarrassing repeating because its not entered correctly. However, when I app order, I truly expect it to be accurate because I have done the work of entering what I want. So I get to the window and they give me a bag. I ask, “is there sauce?” He says yes. I open the bag and there is no sauce. I look back at him and say, “there is no sauce in here.” He says “oh, what sauce do you want?” I pointedly look at the receipt for the order details that were entered at time of ordering and say “6 Hot and 8 Mild sauces”. He sticks his hand in the container and drops some sauces. I get home and open my back, NO HOT and NO MILD. ALL FIRE AND DIABLO. This is ridiculous! Then when i tried to tell Taco Bell instead of Google the ticket does not contain a store number. All these negative reviews on this is location, you would think someone would do something about it.

All of the Taco Bells are getting lousy with the food, the one on Illinois is by far the worst. I went there today for a number 5 nachos bell grande (I didn’t want sour cream,meat, or tomatoes, no tomatoes on the Taco Supreme) the freeze machine was broken AGAIN as always and I added a side of nacho fries. I got a ton of meat no beans, and cold nacho fries there was no crowd at all 3 ppl including me. I starting to hate taco bell always screwing up orders. As you can see I paid 2.15 for those nacho fries and about 13.00 for the meal NO DRINK and it is a combo..

So there was a guy complaining about his order right mind you we were there before then we place our orders then they arrived and put theirs so the tacobell didn’t have a Baja blast freeze and all that 30 minutes pass AND WE STILL DONT GET OUR ORDERS.ONCE THEY GIVE IT TO US IT WAS ALL RUSHED MY CHEESE WAS MELTED AND QUESADILLA WAS BURNED
