Update: This is my 3rd review since it’s grand opening, which was fantastic! My second review fell on the opposite end of the spectrum. Everything but the food and ONE EMPLOYEE was terrible. But now it seems as though Taco Bell employees have figured it out and have gotten much better and quicker than my last visit about two or three months ago.
I dined in, waited about 12 minutes for my food to which they yet again forgot the cup for my drink. The employees were in sync and operating smoothly for the most part. The interior of the restaurant was very clean, fresh smelling, and comfortable. So yeah, nice ambiance. I especially like the color choices, quite modern and pleasant. The food was very good, same as always.
I think at this point I would actually recommend this Taco Bell in Forney TX to anyone looking for a quick option to eat. It’s conveniently located on a main road and right off the highway. Enjoy!!
3 weeks had passed since my first review which was the grand opening. So again I came here for a quick dinner. Sadly, there was only one employee that seemed to know how to do her job including being helpful and friendly. The rest of the employees didn’t seem to know their job very well and never cracked a smile or offered anything helpful.
I waited a very long time (about 20-25 minutes)for my food. And they were not busy. There was only myself and a DoorDasher waiting on our orders. That’s when I finally asked about why it was taking so long and only one employee took charge of our situation and inquired about our orders and got the ball rolling.
It was a few minutes later that a young man handed me my order with a very poor attitude and didn’t even give me the sauces or a straw. This was very poor service but the food was quite good.
Of course I will try again after a few weeks or so and see if things have improved. I surely hope so.

Went by the drive through to order food and with my order I asked that cinnamon twist to be removed from order. Well they decided to place them in the box anyway. Shouldn’t have to explain that someone with allergies to cinnamon could have caused a huge issue. Don’t mind paying the full cost of meal but please adhere to customers request

Worst service during the night at 10:30, try to make a order inside, wait 10 minutes for somebody to take my order, but they were just looking at me and didn’t ask or help me in anyway, I have to ask him that I need to make a order, but the employee taking the orders didn’t want to take my order, he says that have to be online or thru the monitor, I explain to him that I want to change something in the order and I didn’t see it were to do it, he replay, we’ll I can’t help you there without looking at the monitor. I ask him to take the order and he replied again, I can’t take your order, I told him, you are taking orders from the drive thru, he didn’t reply and left me there without helping me. I guess when the manager or the owner is not there, there is no man land there. The floor was full of food, everything dirty, no gloves when making the food. I love Taco Bell, and I was happy when they build one here, but with that service, customer service, how clean it was, I won’t be there to soon, and the presentation and quality making the food is also bad, see some pictures attached. I guess I will continue to go to the Taco Bell in Seagoville.

I’ve been here twice now since opening. The second time was a good 30 minutes ago. Order messed up both times. Ate the cost the first time, but two times means I’m charging back. I ordered all vegetarian meals and got beef and beans in it like they realized what they were doing but continued on anyways.
I also paid for additions like fries in my crunchwraps and that wasn’t included

I NEVER NEVER leave a bad review for any place ! But this is now the 3rd time I’ve been to this tacobell and have been VERY DISAPPOINTED! They need to hire all new staff starting with their management! Tried talking to a manager today and she wouldn’t even give her name so I can notate it ! (Because of past issues) I ordered 2 supreme luxe boxes and one had a side of guac and chips . Which the guac definitely had already been eaten out of ! I tried explaining that to the manager and she said no that’s how we do out guacs we don’t fill them up . I said no yeah I understand you don’t fill them up but you can clearly see where someone had already used this one ! I can see where they scooped it and I can see the bottom of the cup ! You mean to tell me you do this to all of your guacs ? Absolutely not !! They mess up every order no matter how simple it is ! I asked for no onions in my taco and it had onions (didn’t notice till I got home ) so I had to drive all the way back up there and ask for it to be corrected and the rude lady at the window acted like I was lying !!! (Because yes let me drive there get my food drive home with 2 toddlers and get them back in my truck and drive all the way back up there for what ?!) I hadn’t but the taco because again I don’t like onions so she made me open the taco and show it to her and then said “oh yeah I did put onions” when I clearly said no onions ! Proceeded to talk shit about me complaining about there being onions in my food with other employees! When I got my food I was already irritated so I just quickly opened one to make sure no onions and drive off . Got home and sat down to eat only to realize one of my 2 tacos had I kid you not !!! 2 maybe 3 pieces of meat in them !!! Needless to say this place sucks and I will never be going there again !!! Poor customer service and horrible management!!! Do better tacobell !!!

Waited over 20 minutes waiting for my doordash order to be ready so I can deliver it. They never made it claiming they had to many orders. There was only a couple ppl in the drive thru. They need to set better priorities, 20 minutes waiting with barely any customers there is unacceptable. Will not accept any more orders from this location. Waste of time

First, I really like Taco Bell and had a craving. I order for pickup and I arrive about 15 min after my order. I go in and I’m asked for help and explain I have a pick up. I’m not even on the radar. Ok no problem, they start working on my order and I’m watching. At a certain point, the “sour cream gun” runs out and here we go. I watched the guy doing my order go to the back, grab a huge box and wrestle with the box for about 3 min, gets it on the counter, get what I assume is sour cream wrestle with the box another 2 minutes taking it back to I guess storage. Mind you all the while wearing gloves…come back to my order and starts to attempt to finish my order. I yell from the front “whoa, what are you doing” then…another person/young lady (who I find out is the manager) jumps in and starts throwing whatever on my order. Whoa!!! I just saw her step in after using cleaning products ♂️ . They put the order on the counter and I ask “do you seriously think I’m going to eat this? Would you eat this? And this is when I ask for the manager and find out the young lady is the manager. I explain what I saw and demand my money back and I was obliged. I walked away feeling like I should warn everyone in the drive thru but there was no one. I get it now. This place, this particular Taco Bell is not where you want to go. Maybe they will get better but as of 10/25, they nasty!

This Taco Bell is horrible at night. The day crew is great, but it’s a total shift at night. I’ve had more incorrect and sloppy meals in the evening than good. Again, applause to the day crew, but the night crew needs extreme adjustments.
