Just ridiculous. Open sign on, workers inside hiding in back room, 30 min before close. Tried to order at drive thru, they answer like they will take your order then go silent. I literally made eye contact with one employee who shrugged their shoulders like they couldn’t help me, and then they proceeded to the back to hide until shift is over. Wow

This is the best taco Bell I’ve ever been to. We stopped during our road trip and were so surprised at the quality from this location. The employees were so polite and efficient. The food was hot and fresh (as fresh as fast food gets). The tacos were perfectly crunchy and the meat had flavor. First time I’ve ever been impressed by fast food.

Food was good but the customer service SUCKED. We ordered at the kiosk and they didnt give our cups. I asked for someone four times until i got rough toned then they tell me to wait and they were not doing anything at all. My dad and I come once a year to this location and this was by far the worst experience we have had there.

I went inside to order and eat there. Had to order via screen myself. And again the service was not very friendly or fast. Kind of felt like I was interrupting the employee’s conversation. I had to request the cup to make my own drink. They were only busy conversing with each other instead of taking care of a customer.
