Editing because since the last e try, we have tried them a few more times and they are ACTIVELY GETTING WORSE. Tonight I received zero of the sauces I asked for, got a small soda instead of large, and received an inedible Mexican pizza. Photos updated.

This location is generally hit or miss, but tonight was especially bad. We ordered our meal online: a cantina box, plus a meal of 2 cantina tacos and one Gordita crunch. When we arrived at the window, they handed us one Mexican-pizza-sized box of food that held an incomplete order and a random handful of sauces. We had to ask for the cinnamon twists that were clearly labeled on the box. And so, we got to carry home a handful of sauces, a random box that was too stuffed to close, and a random overflowing bag of cinnamon twists. When we arrived home and opened our food, my cantina tacos were pitiful at best with barely any meat in them and they were both broken due to being overstuffed into a tiny box. Additionally, they forgot the napkins due to the fact that they didn’t put our meal into a bag like a normal fast food restaurant.

We get the correct meal about every other time we visit, but this one was particularly tragic. Not sure we’re keen to come back anytime soon.

ordered a crunchwrap and some tacos, that came out within 30 seconds of paying, 6 items takes longer then a minute to make, cold tacos and a stale crunchwrap, taste like it was made an hour ago. i live 3 minutes away so is not because of the drive. Worker at the window was nice, food was cold and dissatisfying.

Thinnest beefy melts ever gotten from any location ever before.
Not one good experience here
Dragon fruit squeeze slush had purple and green not purple and white so guessing they put the purple part and Baja slush together. Anyways that was like the purple grape Delsym or Tylenol cough syrup.
Steak nacho fries like a tiny little half order and so soaked in chipotle sauce and so overly hot that it’ll take your breath away just trying a few bites of the least covered fries and steak.
Grease soaked beefy melt wouldn’t refund just an option to sub, remake just as bad only with basically nothing in it.
Thinnest little beefy melt with hardly anything in it. All you taste is tortilla. Spicy potato only has a lot of chipotle sauce and is cold.
Ordered a $7 craving box with a supreme crunch wrap a five layer burrito and cheesy potatoes. The burrito was the thinnest non-existent burrito I’ve ever seen, the crunchwrap supreme didn’t have much meat, and the cheesy potatoes had hardly any cheese. I asked if I could get some meat to add to the crunchwrap and beans and nacho cheese to fix the burrito and some nacho cheese added to the potatoes. They remade and handed me more meat on the crunchwrap but hardly any lettuce and completely screwed up looking. I was handed a Doritos taco and plain hard taco instead of the five layer burrito. The guy first asked if I wanted to keep the food I had before but then said he had to take it back. Like why did he even ask then?
Went in to get the five layer burrito that I ordered and some lettuce for the crunchwrap. They made the five layer burrito and took back the potatoes. So got a cold crunchwrap that’s screwed up looking, the five layer burrito finally which was mostly bean like that’s all you could taste refried beans plain hardly any cheese and now just missing the potatoes. What the hell! Why’d they take the potatoes! Those are the one thing that didn’t have an issue!
$9 for some dinky mini chalupas almost as small as a sauce packet a couple Doritos locos tacos and a drink?! I never would’ve order if known the chalupas were this tiny. The absolute worst value possible! Incredibly upset. I don’t want it at all.
Don’t come here. Got hair in my food and hardly any food. Even the Baja blast was screwed up. It was more like gross water. When asked for it fixed I got a refund no attempt at a remake or anything. Drove twenty minutes to come get food here. Pregnant and hungry all day from work. I hadn’t eaten all day. Waste of my time and money to get here. Still no food and hungry as hell.

I wanted to take a moment to share some positive feedback about my local Taco Bell location.

Before Noel stepped in as the new manager, I would honestly describe my experience as about a 3-star visit — decent, but inconsistent. Since Noel took over, that has completely changed. The restaurant now feels like a true 5-star experience.

The food quality has improved noticeably, orders are more accurate, and everything tastes fresher and better prepared. You can tell there’s stronger leadership and higher standards in place, and it shows in both the service and the food.

Noel has made a huge difference!

Leoanna, who took my order through the drive-thru, was incredibly kind and helpful. I originally asked for a Veggie Mexican Pizza and a 7-Layer Burrito. When I asked if the 7-Layer Burrito was still available, she informed me it wasn’t but suggested the 5-Layer Burrito instead.
When I asked if it was vegetarian, she honestly noted that it contained beef. I requested to substitute the beef for beans, and she clarified that it already contains beans, asking if I wanted extra instead, which I stated no. I also asked for Frank’s RedHot, but after she explained it was different from the typical sauces, I opted for a side of chipotle sauce and extra hot sauce packets.
When I pulled up to the window, she greeted me with a warm smile. When she handed me my food, she kindly let me know she had placed plenty of hot sauce at the bottom of the bag.
Leoanna is an asset to your team. I hope Taco Bell recognizes her hard work with a raise or, even better, by asking how the company can support her future growth. We need more individuals like Leoanna in customer service. I wish her the absolute best and hope the company helps her continue growing into the amazing person she is.

Just want to thank Allie for giving me the best service here in Princeton! I have dealt with a lot of rude people, especially in the drive through. But this wonderful girl made it a really great experience. She was kind, professional, straight to the point and just overall pleasant to have come across! We need more people like you girl thank you so much for your kindness it really made my day!

We spent $20. While at the window in drive thru line we asked for extra queso and the lady told us we’d have to drive around again and order it!
What?!! No one could put it in the bag? We were willing to pay extra.

I swear this location trains its employees to put your food in the bag upside down and poorly wrapped. The last 3 times I’ve gone through the drive through my food has ended up in the bottom of the bag, in my seat or on my lap. Two tacos will sit perfectly in the bottom right side up but nope, let’s put them in the wrong way so when the customer picks it up the paper opens and dumps all the contents out And every time I’ve ordered a supreme it never has sour cream.

Edit 6/15/24: again ordered crunchy taco supreme and again paid for the supreme and didn’t get supreme toppings. EVERY SINGLE TIME! I could understand if it was busy but every single time they get it wrong. No other cars in the drive thru, or in the dining room at 9ish on a Saturday night. I’m baffled by the consistency of every single employee getting the order wrong. Is it the order screen in the kitchen? Is it the inability to read? Is it because they have no F’s left to give? I’m up to 10 supremeless tacos. If it wasn’t so close to my work and my love of the cheesy gordita crunch I’d swear off this location.

Ordered from the app for drive-thru pickup. Arrived at the restaurant, with no one else in line. Waited for some.kind of acknowledgment for around 3 minutes (1 whole song on my playlist played). Without any acknowledgement from the speaker, I went inside. I told the girl behind the counter and she processed my order. The inside of the restaurant was filthy with dried and somewhat fresh pieces of food on a couple tables, seats, and floor….along with an embarrassing amount of mud/dirt all over the restaurant.

After a while, a girl came to the counter to ask what the “add sausage crumbles” on the receipt meant.after a few more minutes, my food arrived and found I was missing an item. I informed the same girl and she made it right.

The breakfast tacos, if you want to call them that, have about 1 tablespoon of eggs. Barely any bacon or cheese. At least try to make it look similar to the picture with the amount?

The Bacon Crunch Wrap was decent, but wouldn’t pay that much for such a small item again.

Filthy restaurant, apathetic employees, horrible customer service, and what seems to be a manager/franchise owner who would rather save a dime than serve decent food. I should have just gone to Whataburger next door….longer wait time, but at least they care about the products and atmosphere the provide for their customers…..
