Terrible service0. Lazy employees with bad attitudes order cheese quesadilla for my son bc he has allergy to Jalopinio, I ask cashier” Quatonisha ” please not put any sauce on it she answered me what else very rude I said please make sure no sauce she was saying louder what else, I said front several time I got my order wrong I had to go back and change it please make sure is correct. Wow, I was impressed upon entering how clean the front of house and kitchen appeared. It seemed only the one black girl was running the whole kitchen. No one greeted me and I stood at the counter forever until I had to flag one of the 2 people chilling in the office. The ladys acted as if I wasn’t supposed to be there. She could read the favor order on my phone or the cash register. And flipped out on me about touching my phone and property damage. I’m all for reasonable accommodation and ada compliance but need better placement. The 47-year militant GM confronted me about being rude to her employee. And fed me excuses about why it takes two people in the office to fix a computer. Good for her for defending her employees but I don’t think I’ll be going back there.

This location is horrible! I went here around 10pm and tried to order through the drive through. The store wouldn’t even take my order. The guy told me to come to the window and then proceeds to tell me they will only take door cash and Uber eats orders. What?! He literally refused to let me order.

We did drive-thru. Food was not good, cooked in oil so old it bordered on being rancid. Mexican pizza tortillas smelled and tasted off. Tacos shells tasted bad. Cinnamon crispies tasted downright strange. We ended up throwing at least 1/2 of the food away. I have never had Mexican food this bad in my life. Oh…and the lettuce for the tacos was like it had been sitting at room temp for quite some time. On the plus side, they did put the tacos in a separate bag from the burritos and the Mexican pizza.

Dropped by to get food for my sick kiddo because that was what she wanted. The drive-thru was wrapped around half the building so I figured that going in was best. What a mistake… The side doors were locked but people inside were pointing to the door at the front that no one ever uses but I walked around anyway.
