I come to this location often on my lunch break from work and I usually have good interactions with the younger employees and the managers there. However today around 11:45am there was an older short hispanic lady at the window and she came to give me my food never asked if I needed anything else sauces etc. I had two taco salads and she offered me two packs of hot sauce, when I asked her for more she said “ we can only give two for your items” I politely let her know that was fine and I would pay for them, she said NO she couldn’t give me anymore than that. I again politely asked her if there was a manager available so that I could ask to pay for them she then looked at me with so much hate, rolled her eyes and just walked away from the window” Eventually the manager came to the window and I offered to pay for sauce he stated that they do not charge for them and gave me a couple more. I was grateful however, for people to come and spend 100’s of dollars a month at your establishment and to act that mean and hateful about taco sauce is just crazy. Be polite to people you never know how someones day is going.

This is by far the worst Taco Bell i’ve been to. I placed a simple order at 12:50 am for luxe cravings box… they then told me to wait infront of the store. I ended up waiting 35 minutes as I watched them inside play fighting with each other and literally eating quesadillas they made for themselves.. I got my order and checked it when i got home. Everything was incorrect including my drink, gordita crunch , and missing my sauces that i paid for. The food was incorrect and horrible it was even edible. The ingredients were so disgusting and old looking. They were all incompetent and made other cars wait as well just as much time as me if not longer.

literally zero stars for Service. I order 6 items on the app (4 tacos, 2 stackers) and choose drive-thru pickup and they always send me around to park even when there are no other cars in the drive-thru and no customers in the dining room. it’s not taco bells fault because I’ve been to so many taco bells and it’s only this one. their ownership and management are abyssmal and they have higher than average turnover of employees and it’s been like this for 15 years. I literally drive out of my way to pick up at other taco bells.

This is absolutely the worst location. In fact souch I won’t eat at Taco Bell ever again. Went there around 1 o’clock in the morning on Friday. It took forever to get someone to take my order. I ordered 3 items. Meximelt, tostada, and a double Taco. The meximelt was not melted and was cold to the touch, the tostada tasted like it was fried in old oil and had a bad taste not to mention that it was sloppy the taco was the only thing correct. It’s been a year since Ive been there. I see why… I’ll be taking my business to Rosa’s. YOU’RE FIRED Taco Bell!!

It sux 2 b waitin at the counter 4 an employee 2 assume ur just standin there cuz ya want 2 . Mayb when ur Not doin anything, ya can ask the PAYIN customer what they want?? Is that 2 hard?
Also, when I put None 4 not wantin the sauce on the quesadillas, DONT PUT IT ON THERE!!!!

I ordered 2 luxe boxes and when I got the food it was all thrown in a bag. Chips everywhere. Chalupa not even wrapped and the shell was hard as a brick. Everything thrown together and you can’t even separate what is what. The bearded guy saw that bag out sauce in It and gave it to me anyway. I’ve never seen anything like this. I would give it negative stars if I could. Absolutely horrendous and this one is by my house. I will drive the extra 10 miles to 380 to never eat at this place again. Unacceptable

Worst tacobell I had ever gone. Hardly any food in ehat you order. I almost always order the veg potato tacos and find it a filling snack. But here.. you hardly get anything.look at pics- hardly any potatoes, hardly any cheese, hardly any mayo. These are 1.29 and not worth it at this place.

We went through the drive-through and ordered four items, only to get home and find three. We called in to the store, the lady took about five minutes to go back-and-forth and gather information, then offered a refund, but said whether we wanted a refund or a replacement, we had to drive back up to the store (it’s 2025, come on….). We went onto the app to submit a complaint, and after we did everything there, we just get an error saying that something went wrong. Repeatedly. Gave up on that after multiple tries. Extremely ridiculous and complicated process after we got screwed to begin with.
