I was honestly surprised that this Taco Bell in McKinney actually got our order correct — which almost never happens at any Taco Bell, so that was a big win. The food was good and exactly what we ordered.
The reason for the 4 stars is because we ate inside and it was pretty dirty. It looked like homeless people had been eating there and left food and trash all over the tables and seats. I know that’s not entirely the staff’s fault, but it’s still not something I enjoy seeing while trying to eat. It was kind of gross.
Overall, good food and accurate order, just wish the dining area had been cleaner.

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but my experience with this black female being on their phone and laughing was so unpleasant that I feel it’s only right to warn others. From the very beginning, their attitude was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of treating me with basic courtesy and respect, they acted like they were doing me a favor just by showing up. The tone they used was rude, dismissive, and full of unnecessary attitude, as if they couldn’t be bothered to do their job or even listen.
When I tried to ask simple questions, I was met with eye rolls, sarcasm, and short, snappy answers. It was clear they had no interest in helping or communicating properly. Their negative energy made the entire interaction uncomfortable and awkward. A little patience and respect go a long way, but apparently, that’s too much to expect here.
To make things worse, when I calmly tried to address the issue and explain how I felt disrespected, they got defensive instead of taking accountability. There was no apology, no effort to fix the situation—just more attitude and excuses. It’s disappointing to see someone treat customers or clients this way, especially when respect and professionalism should be the bare minimum.
I honestly don’t recommend dealing with this person at all. There are plenty of other people out there who understand how to treat others properly. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else where you’ll actually be appreciated and respected

If you’re in a hurry, I don’t recommend this location. I waited 30 minutes for a simple order (2 items), and it felt like no one was in control. Very poor service and no organization.

They need training on how to roll a burrito. The cheesy melt grilled steak needs more steak. It’s good but mostly rice and sauce.
Been doing better now that it’s different people.
The spicy potato soft taco and, cheesy double beef burrito, cheesy fiesta potatos are good. The classic stacker always need to be fixed because there’s never anything in it like there should be. Five layer burrito should have more nacho cheese and supreme crunch wrap needs more meat to be made properly.

Went thur the drive thur tonight on my way to work. Horrible by the time I made it up to the window, my order was mess up. The person at the drive thur ask could I pull up and wait about 15 min I told him that I could not that i was on my way to work. Then he stated that he told whoever was making the food to go ahead and make my order, I only order two tacos. My taco look like mess.
Totally unacceptable. No way should this been giving to anyone.
Now I see why the lady in the front of me was taking so long. Would not recommend this taco bell location to anyone. Taco bell should be ashamed of themselves. Whoever fixed them tacos should not be there period.

This Taco Bell absolutely SUCKS. I go because it’s the closest to my job and I’d prefer a hot meal. I went today. This is not the first, or second or third time that’s wronged my order. I’ve gotten to the point where I yell into the mic to make sure they hear my order because it’s a constant thing. I ask for TWO “DOUBLE BEEF BURRITOS” and every time I think they’ve heard me, I get two CHEEZY BEAN AND RICE BURRITOS, the two don’t sound the same. But I have extreme disliking to beans(especially refried) but this location insist on giving me the wrong food everytime.

What service. Lol They want you to order on line but it seems like when you do your order never gets seen. I waited 30 min and they just ignore you standing at the counter. Someone came and asked me what I needed looked up something then went back to helping the drive thru. Serenity now. Okay update I finally got help i accidentally ordered at a Taco Bell 8 miles away one I have never been to this is the one I always order at very strange. They would not honor it or help me in anyway just walked off went back to work I had to reorder and repay.

This location is trash, avoid it at all cost. I don’t know if its a greedy inept owner or if the staff is just lazy and apathetic.
Tacos, burritos and crunchwraps are all tortilla and lettuce with hardly any meat, cheese or sour cream. They’ll charge you for your requested upgrades but leave it all out of your physical order.
This location should be condemed and demolished

Worse experience frfr. Came to get some caramel empanadas and a nacho Bell grande. My order came up to 17 something I gave them an old $20 bill because that’s what I had in my purse. They first told me that they didn’t have change for my $20 bill even though my meal came up to $17 mean and I would only got two dollars and some change back the manager that is sitting there telling the boy that he can’t take my $20 bill they running around till they can’t take my $20 bill and do I have another form of payment instead of checking the 20 to see if it’s real or whatever the case may be I asked for corporate number and all of a sudden they got changed for me. I had to ask three times for receipt then I had to ask them for my water then I leave get all the way home and instead of three caramel empanadas. I had three cinnamon twist after that I came back to the store, asked to speak to the manager. She came up there, looking at me. I picked up the cinnamon twist and looked at the bag and she said oh OK. When changed them I told her she could have the cinema twist back. She said she couldn’t say I’m My empanadas, worst service, nonchalant, employees, and incompetent manager if I can help it, I won’t be back, but this is the one closest to my house. They really need to work on their service.
