When I went into the store I didn’t see them busy and this is what I got
Customer service is really bad they only focus on drive thru and they don’t care about me they only leave 2 people at the drive thru and no one at the front desk

Pulled up and waited in a line behind 4 other cars. The person in front of us finishes up his order, then we pull up. Once we got to the speaker, we wait a moment before a young woman comes on and says they are no longer taking orders because they are busy and short staffed. The way this drive-thru is set up, you are trapped inside the line. There is now a line of cars wrapped around the building. I’ve never been told I cannot order when a business is open because they are too busy. Waste of time. There were 7 of us, so they definitely lost money not serving us and however many behind us were also refused service.

Why is the sign, and lights off 30-an hour and half before your scheduled closing time. I get it depends on the day of the week, your closing time. I drive past every night after work…..and the sign has been off , before your scheduled closing time for the last 2 weeks. What time do you actually close?

Worst ever…can’t even get an order correct. First time it’s wrong, it’s irritating, but he 2nd time wrong right afterwards is sad. And fast food workers think they deserve a raise? Asked for only beans and cheese only and sauce. Both times came back wrong and only sauce in the bag the 2nd time through the line.

Didn’t believe us when we told them things were missing in our bag, trust me we didn’t want to get out in pouring rain the first time let alone having to come back up there. Didn’t put sour cream on anything only on the side when we specifically asked for sour cream on the items we ordered. This was the 9pm shift. Do better, train better. We will only go to this location before 5pm now. Seems you have a better shift on at that time.

I love this location, but this visit was wow!
I pulled up in the drive thru and was asked to hold on so they could conduct a Wingstop swap between multiple people, it was so weird. Then when I told her about my mobile order, she pulled us up immediately and didn’t give me one of my drinks. So we waited for the food at the mobile spot and she came out with the bag. We told her about the drink and she was nice and went to get it. We checked the bag to make sure the order was right and the chips were missing from our nachos and the tacos were already wet and soggy which is so weird. When she came back out, we told her about the missing chips and she freaked out and said she can’t keep coming back outside because she has orders and asked us to wait in drive thru to retrieve our missing chips?? It’s not our fault she pulled us up, we just wanted what we paid for. She rectified the situation by giving us extra chips, but we still had to wait in line to get them. It was confusing and unnecessary.
