As always the food was good.
However the customer service was concerning.
The employees refused to acknowledge I was even at the counter. And when the lady finally did acknowledge me, she walks outside to where I was standing, And insisted that I use a self served kiosk and scroll through a bunch of menu items to try to figure out what I wanted for lunch. When I asked why we had to use this and if the other cash register was not working, she very rudely told me because “I’m not allowed to use it!” “You are supposed to use the kiosk to make your order, not me!”

I came in today excited to try the new Y2K menu, but the experience was frustrating from start to finish. At the speaker, I ordered three Double Decker Tacos and one 7-Layer Burrito. The cashier rang up “Double Stacked” tacos instead, which are different (those come with nacho cheese, not beans). When I asked about the 7-Layer Burrito, I was told they didn’t have it, even though I heard another employee in the back say they did.
At the window, I noticed the order was wrong. I politely explained and apologized, but the cashier clearly wasn’t happy. The manager did step in and remake my tacos, which I appreciated, but the beans tasted old and the shells were stale.
Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time my order has been wrong here. In the past I’ve gotten chicken instead of beef in Chalupas, diet Baja Blast instead of regular, and sour cream even when I asked for none. It feels like accuracy and quality are not priorities at this location.
Whether they’re short-staffed or just not paying attention, this has consistently been the worst Taco Bell experience I’ve had, and today was the last straw. I even asked for Fire Sauce and she gave me Hot sauce. I walked back in and saw that they had fire sauce… Get it together!

1 star is being extremely generous. The customer service here is absolutely pathetic, and it starts with the management. Long story short after receiving what wouldn’t have even been suitable food for my dog to eat, I drove all the way back up there only to be told by the night manager to drive back home to get receipt. So I did, only to be told after all that driving and coming back with my receipt that the food would not be remade because “he didn’t want to”. He’s a joke and the fact someone so emotional and unaware is in that position is a huge problem. It’s no wonder this particular taco bell will be below 2 stars in no time. Please just shut this location down, they really have no business in the customer service industry.

It was my birthday & I had got a free baja on the app. Never tried before , but super good. I wanted to say though , i’m greatful the people told me happy birthday and served me w a smile. I just moved her and celebrated by myself w a free blast. So thank you.

The girl in the drive-through was nasty, rude, and didn’t even acknowledge me when I tried to tell her she gave me the wrong order. She rang me up for a large nacho fry instead of what I asked for. I let her know that it didn’t look right on the screen, but she ignored me and put the order through anyways. I pulled up to the window to pay and asked if she could ring me up for what I actually wanted, but she said that I should’ve corrected her earlier, did not refund me, and kept side-eying me when I walked inside to redo my order. I ended up paying even more for the item I actually wanted. She didn’t even call me up to give me my order even though there was only one other customer in the store, but instead gestured me over with her chin and went back behind the counter like nothing happened. The place was also very unhygienic inside- will not be coming again. This place needs to rethink who they hire.

60% bad 40% good. Pitiful management for lunch. Can’t count the number of times I’ve had issues with a Mexican pizza. A 6 ingredient item. Lack of care & increasing costs have finally pushed me to review. I don’t care who you employ, just give me what I pay for.
Over half of this Mexican pizza is empty. Oh but they want you to round up for charity AKA tax cuts for the million dollar franchise. Make it make sense.

I stood at the counter and no one would wait on me. They saw me because they handed a cup to a lady that was in front of me who came in after me. I saw one young lady mop the floor and after she finished mopping and didn’t change gloves she still didn’t offer any help

Nastiest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The crunchy tacos were mooshy and cold. The staff was rude. I’d rather drive to the Taco Bell in Carrollton than order from this one.
Edit: gf went and got some tacos. No taco had lettuce or tomatoe.

I walked in. I stood by counter for 5 min. No one came to me. ANd, I found out the employee was hiding behind wall and doing phone chat. See attached picture. After I told my order, and received it. But, it was not good. See pictures. This guy slammed the items inside bag showing he is mad because he had to stop phone chatting. The other employees saw what this guy is doing, but afraid to talk to him to work. Maybe be he is strongest in there. Please fire him.
Also, I added another picture too. You will find molds on fountain soda machine, on nozzle, everywhere. I wonder how they passed health inspection. I will report it to health department as well. Till they fix those issues, don’t go there for now.
