I ordered the cantina fajita grilled cheese burrito. All I ask this lady was can she put cheese on top of the burrito because they barely put any cheese on top of it . Instead of accommodating me she gave me nothing but attitude continued to make other people food and started making smart comments to her co worker . I didn’t want a remake just more cheese! You a manager that type of attitude and behavior is unacceptable !! Especially when you suppose to be a leader . I asked for a refund she ignored me and the guy gave her the receipt so she could give me the refund she made him give me the money and he had no idea how to give me a refund , that’s how much she didn’t want to help me ! I finally got my money back and went to the Taco Bell on Jupiter Road and got EXCELLENT customer service .

I had went around 5:30 I went up to the cashier and she simply said I had to use the kiosk if I wanted to order. I had a question but anyways if they don’t want to work go somewhere where you enjoy being. Guy in the cashier on his phone. When I got my food of total around 35$ food looked so sad not enough portions in that case I’d go to pollo regio for a chicken bowl.

First taco bell I’ve been to where I was forced to order from a kiosk. No Option to order from a person. Took about 4 times longer than using a person. Just got my food. Paid $3 for this burrito. If you know how small the packs of sauce are, you know this is tiny. I was so excited to have this chili cheese burrito again. Sad face.

I will never come back to this location. The manager and franchise owner should be embarrassed. This is the most dysfunctional fast food location I’ve ever seen. I thought having Taco Bell for a late night dinner was a great idea, boy was I wrong.
Not only was I missing all of the mild and hot sauces I ordered, the food was prepared awful. Clear instructions cannot be followed apparently. I ordered a grilled cheese burrito box, which featured one of their new Chicken Cantina tacos, the one with the veggies in it and a chalupa with the burrito of course. My chicken taco had absolutely no purple cabbage, and barely any chicken. As you can see in the picture, it was all sauce and lettuce with a sprinkle of cheese basically. My Chalupa had tomato I specifically asked them to take out, barely any meat and again full of lettuce, sour cream and cheese. Why are we being stingy on “meat” that’s not even real meat in the first place? I haven’t even gotten to the potato taco or the grilled cheese burrito yet, but I’m sure they will be incorrect as well. My iced coffee was watered down to the point it barely tasted like coffee. The only thing decent about this whole meal so far is the beans and chips, because how do you mess those up?
Two stars only because I did get all of my food items this time, and they did give me the one Avocado verde sauce that comes with my meal. However, my husband didn’t get any sauces with the meal he ordered but that was a whole separate ticket.

Horrible got the wrong order for my uber eats if you are so busy just cancel the orders I showed you my receipt and a picture of what you gave me very poor service my uber had to go twice to get a code too and still gave me the wrong order

I love Baja blast, but I feel some people don’t change the syrup and you end up getting a gross mess.
But not tonight! I was taken care of with some of the best Baja blast I have ever gotten. 14/10
