It’s obviously taco bell, but the way these employees make food, it says a lot about them, and what type of people they are. I will be ashamed to serve this kind of food, shame on you all. If you want decent taco bell food go to the one on garland av people there are nice and serve you fresh food.

Stopped in to try the “Decades” re-releases. Looking at all the locations near us, none are above 3.8 star ratings. I can see why. Pictured is what you really get vs what you paid for. Both double deckers, beans look like they were an after thought. Its literally what makes it a “double decker”. Ground beef barely covering 75% of the taco well. The most disappointing part was the Chili Cheese burrito. It was missing the potatoes; that cost extra; and for a base price of $3-3.69(depends on location apparently) its absolutely a ripoff. These things are marketed as stuffed full enough to have a fat oval shape in the menu images and similar in size to the 7 layer burrito(also pictured for reference from both their app and what I recieved). This chili cheese tortilla is wrapped around itself like a cheese roll up, due to a negligible amount of ingredients.

I have been here many times, this time was the best. Best service and very personable. Jonathan Mora was very fun and easy to talk to. He was able to tell details about everything I asked about on the menu. He made the ordering experience super easy. Everything was prepared and came out correctly and very quickly. I’ve written a couple of reviews on Taco Bell in the past that weren’t very good. Those past experiences at other locations caused me to be skeptical of dealing with any other Taco Bells nearby.
It was never a food issue, it was mainly customer service concerns, of which, prayerfully, they’ve made the Necessary Corrections at those locations.
I took a chance on driving over to the Lavon location around 3:a.m., not sure if it would be still open, though Google Map showed them closing at 4a.m. Not only were they still open, but I was Greeted by the Most Welcoming Voice, that was Fun and Funny too (smiling) .
I want Taco Bell to know that, my experience with Jonathan, at the Drive-Thru this morning, has totally REDEEMED Taco Bell. THANKS JONATHAN !!! I’m glad I decided to take a chance and drive Here to this Lavon location for the first time.
In my Arnold Schwarzenegger voice… “I’ll be back”!! Besides, I’ve been missing my Crunchy Taco Supremes .

The employees are all teenagers more worried about playing games than working. Could see them running around shoving each other from the drive through window. They arent even aware of what they have on the menu. They clearly just didn’t want to be bothered to make the confetti cake freeze, but lied and said “erm..we dont have that.”. Get better employees who will actually do their job rather than act like it’s their personal playground.

2022 Mobile ordering was a breeze. Ordered showed up, gave my name. Picked up my order & ate lunch.
They show your order on the screen to make sure they got everything correct. Staff was very courtesies & asked if I needed any sauces. Thanked me for my order when I was leaving.

Order the build your own luxe box. The problem was that the Crunchwrap supreme that I had ordered was missing meat. While they did get the creamy jalapeno sauce on it. Another problem was Nachos Bell Grande was missing the added creamy jalapeno sauce that I had ordered.
Otherwise, everything in order was correct

The staff here are extremely rude and indifferent. I waited over 30 minutes for my order, and they still acted like they were deliberately avoiding preparing it. Their attitude was very disrespectful — they were rude in the way they spoke and even mocked me during the conversation. This needs to be taken seriously. I do not want to see these employees working here again.

I went to the window and ordered some cheese roll-ups and it was a disgusting experience. The cheese in the rolls was cold, they weren’t even melted, and the tortillas were cold and hard. They should pay more attention to what they’re serving at their restaurant!
