“Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you are going to get”. This holds true for this location.
I grew up with Taco Bell. I Love Taco Bell. It’s just that kind of staple food. It’s not Great it’s not bad but for me it has many fond memories associated with it from the 80s forward.
These days it’s a luxury meal pretty much with the 300 to 500% price increases since the early days. I get it, there is a million excuses why it is this way. You can’t even order the things you grew up with for the most part because they are too expensive or they don’t carry them anymore. Instead they try to pander these other items that are called Value or Luxe. This chain has lost its shine imo, so sad.
I think you have a 70/30 chance of getting a correct order at this location. I live just far enough away that I am not gonna go back for a missing taco or chicken chalupa as in this case that is missing from my Luxe box meal. But somehow they added an extra nacho bell Grande? You’ll be lucky to get napkins and sometimes not even a receipt (Blank receipt this time). Nearly $30 for wife and myself.. one car behind us and no one at the counter so not rush hour.. You can do better.

We stopped by for lunch on a Sunday. This location has a digital order system inside (and through the drivethru as well I believe). The interior was very clean, and all sauces/utensils kept well stocked. Our order came out shortly after ordering. Everything was correct and hot and delicious. Their Y2k promotional items and posters were displayed. If they’re still available, we recommend the Caramel Apple Empanadas. It’s a crispier, lighter apple pie with cinnamon sugar dust.

This is two different occasions at the same Taco Bell. I put a sauce packet next to my burrito to see HOW THIN these burritos are! The one South Sherman must have spoiled me with something other than just a tortilla since I usually get the stuff inside I pay for over there. This Taco Bell has given me these type of burritos the past 4 times and we pay extra for sour cream and Jalapeños and those are also NOWHERE to be found. Don’t waste your money and just go buy your own tortillas for $5 at Walmart. So disappointed with how far down this Taco Bell has gone. I just want to feed into my pregnancy cravings and they make it impossible. So my other pregnant ladies craving the Taco Bell menu go to the other ones around, save yourself the melt down lol.

Ordered 3 soft taco with no lettuce, extra meat. Got three soft tacos with almost nothing but lettuce with the tiniest amount of meat and cheese. Also ordered a doritos locos taco and when I recieved it there was no meat in the taco. I usually speak so highly of specifically the night crew too but this was ridiculous.

A couple weeks ago we went to this Taco Bell and ordered some burritos and a Mexican pizza. When I got home, my Mexican pizza was completely smushed by all the burritos they put on top of it. I was already pushing time because I had something else to do, but I had to go all the way back up there to let them know. But what I can say is that they did make me a new one. Taco bell, please stop putting heavy stuff on the fragile stuff.

Ordered tacos combo pack tonight and the cool ranch taco tasted old, stale and disgusting, all the bottoms fell out right away. Mango drink had some sort of brown stuff floating inside, still not sure what it is, and didn’t notice until almost halfway done! Poured the rest out, threw tacos out. Waste of money. Highly disappointed, it’s like they’re not even trying. Will not be going back again and will go to the other location in the future.
