Went up there close 2pm. Today is Friday 9/1/23. They just threw my tacos together didn’t look edible, more so effortless… No pride or care about the customers view presentation of the food they are about to consume.. I understand it is fast food, NOT TURBO FOOD ….

Taco Bell is a known commodity. This location is a solid store and had great customer service, accurately executed the order, inquired about upgrades, condiments, drinks, etc. I had a few customizations that were all addressed.

Went through the drive thru. Order taker was very short and rude. The best part is when he put his dirty shoe up on the counter, then he took his shoe off and placed his dirty socked foot on the counter as well. When they saw me taking pictures he came to the window and threatened me. I did call the Carrollton Police to inform him of his violent behavior. The Carrollton PD will be watching him when he goes to and from work for a while. He’s best to not threaten people with violence and at least stop putting his dirty feet on the counter where food is served….Pathetic. …We won’t be going back.

I just want to give a shout-out to the elder Hispanic lady working there by herself tonight. How in the world do the owners go to sleep knowing they have one person running the whole restaurant by herself!!! Cooking and taking orders on her own . Order took a little longer but it was by far the best taco bell I’ve had in a while. So kudos to that lady! She deserves a promotion or raise!!! Shame on the owners and managers!

Location is great for drive thru and can’t say I’ve been inside for years so no call on that but the food is disappointing and unfortunately this location can’t do much about it as they seem to prepare everything properly and timely it’s just as places seem to evolve, taco bell kind of stays the same. Unfortunately i have to factor this in when grading food places and this is where alot if people miss the mark reviewing, by grading a mom and pop on a higher set of standards. If taco bell is your thing, you can’t go wrong at this one.

Went here to dine in. Could not get anyone to come take order. They have a machine up front to place order however the combo I wanted (classic) was not an option. I finally asked if anyone is working up front just to be told they are too busy to help me. There was only 1 customer inside and maybe 2 cars. I saw at least 3 employees. Service here is no good. I have also ordered for pick up here and had to argue to get everything I paid for. I understand its a pandemic but I have had issues here for a long time. Such as them telling me they no longer sell something that is being advertised, has just come out, and is listed on their menu. Ridiculous.
