I ordered a Doritos locos tacos meal and a $9 luxe box. We got all the food that we ordered. There was hardly nothing in them. No meat or anything it’s like we just ate the shells.

The food is always cold. It’s like they don’t even try. It doesn’t matter what time I go in there, my food is always cold. Doesn’t matter if they’re busy or not. Cold. If you order enough food then they are forced to heat some up and you’ll have about half cold food and half semi warm. We had gotten a soft taco and a beefy five layer burrito. I check the food and I told my bf to hold on. They gave us two soft tacos instead of a beefy 5 layer burrito. I bring it in and say I think there’s been a mistake. This is thin, thinner than a taco even. They looked me dead in the eye and said it’s similar to a beefy 5 layer burrito. They remade it for me and they literally gave me 2 layers of tortillas…Still only a spoon full of meat, 2 tortillas and a lot of nacho cheese sauce. Their crunch wraps are pitiful too. I didn’t realize they were supposed to have nacho cheese on it. I’ve ordered many of them and only one had nacho cheese in it. All in one corner. They hardly give you any sour cream or anything. Everything is basically just tortillas with a hint of veggies and meat. They will give you a lot of refried beans in your bean burrito, but it’s ice cold. I’m done with this place. I’m tired of going expecting at least some warm food and getting basically crap. Expensive and cold. Yeah it’s fast food, but the quality has gone down so much and the price up, that it’s not worth going. Might as well go to an actual restaurant.

It was about 10:00 pm when we stopped in for something to eat. The night crew wasn’t friendly. Nothing special about the order except for the fact that as I was counting the tacos, two were packaged incorrectly so that when I picked them up, they spilled out on me. I was not a happy camper. I was getting dinner for my daughter birthday party.

We went Thur there yesterday around 5pm, we ordered Crunchwrap and two drinks. Both drinks were wrong and our wrap was absolutely ridiculous!! Definitely am done with this place!

Went to the store to get burritos for my group. The burritos were barely anything in it so I took them back inside where a woman aimed to be a manager no tag when I requested the burritos to actually have beans and cheese in them she refused to remake our order. I requested a refund and she gave me a dirty look and walked off. Minutes later a woman named Cortney no tag again said a refund would take 7 days. OMG remake decent burritos but refused again. I warned I would complain. Whatever was what I heard as I walked out. Pictures say it all. I recommend any other restaurant this one needs retraining.

They are fast and the food is excellent although it is American Mexican style food not authentic Mexican food. All in all it is very good and the type of food that the kiddos love and very clean and relaxing place to take the family and very reasonably priced.

The past year i’ve went a couple times and it seems they really dont care about how your food is made. 1 time I had just a pinch of meat on each taco and hardly anything in the crunch wrap (couldn’t even see the meat at first and thought there was none)

I wish I could say this place was amazing, but I was very upset when I got home and my quesadilla was not cooked and had barely anything in it. Guys…this is very disappointing and I expect it to be better next time, what a waste of money this trip was.
