Got a chicken stacker with literally 3 small pieces of chicken and a dusting of lettuce and tomato. They definitely didn’t skimp out on the sauce though.

I would drive 30 minutes to Shawnee for Taco Bell before I order from this one in Chandler. Service is never that great and the food is always not fresh. From stail chips, minimal toppings and tough “soft tacos”. Gave many tried and got the same results everytime.

The tacos are way too skimpy, they’re too greasy and fall apart in under 5 minutes, and it’s a joke how much food they put in it. The flour tortillas are always way too hard, I have trouble simply trying to take a bite, they’re like cardboard. I’m happy about a new place to eat, but jeez I hope the quality of the food goes up….

Waited in line forever, finally received my food and got halfway down the road and realized they didn’t get the main part of the meal, a grilled cheese burrito. I went back and got it. No big deal, mistakes happen. They gave me a coupon for a free taco, thats cool. I got home and opened it, there was no cheese grilled on it like it should have and took a couple of bites and didn’t taste right. opened it and it was only rice, the chips they put in it, and a tiny bit of meat at the end of the burrito. No cheese whatsoever and no sour cream. Kind of defeats the purpose of a grilled cheese burrito, no? Will not be going back due to this being the 3rd time this has happened to me with the same menu item.

I thought the food would be better with this being a new location but that was not the case. The tacos were soggy, greasy and falling apart and the tortillas on the burritos were hard. Clearly the food is being made in advance so I fail to understand why I had to wait 45 mins in the drive thru to pick up an order placed in the app. Won’t be eating there again.

I love Taco Bell so I keep coming back. The kids that run the place seem sweet enough (especially the girl, Adriana) but there are a couple of kids there that, I swear, must be in competition to use as little filling as possible in their food. I had a quesadilla once that only had cheese and steak along the inner edge. The rest was just floppy tortilla. My dad tacos today feel like the cheese roll-ups due to having almost no filling. The tortilla in my chalupas have been cold and not fried crispy as usual. Just a tortilla straight out of the bag. It’s so disappointing how much money I have spent here to feed my family for hardly any food.

Is it even a real Taco Bell if the employees aren’t tatted up and throwing out some attitude? Some folks seem to want a five-star, white-tablecloth experience in the drive-thru, but let’s be real—it’s Taco Bell. I’m here for my cheesy Gordita fix, not fine dining.
This place is new, the food’s hot, and it does exactly what it needs to: satisfy those late-night cravings. So let the Karens complain, and then not come back—it’s a win-win. One less car in the drive-thru for the rest of us. ↕️ ↔️

You pay $4 for an item and get barely anything on it. Will not be going back

The food was really bad like it had been made a long time before I ordered.
