By far the worst taco bell I have ever gotten food from these are cantina chicken tacos.

I’ve been a Taco Bell customer since I was a kid, and it has always been one of my favorite places to eat. I generally have great experiences at most locations, with the occasional hiccup like anywhere else. That said, this particular location in Hugo, Oklahoma has consistently fallen far below the standard I expect, and it is largely due to one employee.

I’ve lived in Hugo for almost two years and eat at this location regularly, anywhere from one to four times per week. Because of that frequency, I’ve hesitated to write the review this location honestly deserves. However, my repeated experiences with an employee named Corey C have left me no choice.

Nearly every interaction I’ve had with him has been unpleasant. He is consistently rude, dismissive, and unhelpful, and when he is working the drive-through window, our orders are frequently incorrect. Today, January 27, 2026, around 2:30 PM, was the final straw. There were no customers inside the store and only two cars in the drive-through. After waiting more than five minutes at the counter without acknowledgment, Corey finally approached and told me I had to use the self-service mobile ordering kiosk instead of simply taking my order.

I found the kiosk difficult and frustrating to use and saw no reasonable explanation for why my order couldn’t be taken directly, especially given that the store was essentially empty. I ultimately had to leave the building and go through the drive-through to place an order that should have taken less than a minute to handle inside.

This has not been an isolated incident. It reflects a pattern of poor customer service that I have experienced repeatedly when this employee is working. At this point, I actively avoid this location when Corey is on shift, which is disappointing given how much I enjoy Taco Bell overall.

I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously. This location has the potential to be great, but consistent negative interactions with the same employee are driving loyal customers away.

Most times I go they mess up my order one way or another. This time the four new employees all were bsing with each other about their house partying. Their off-duty employee got preferential treatment at register while I was told to use the AI kiosk. The $6.99 cantina chicken quesedilla was tiny but also half barren. Similar to the one formerly on the value menu ($2.50?). They remade it and again half barren, bit of cheese, no chicken.

We spent $55.00 at this location. All I asked for was for the amount of lettuce they show on the pictures instead of having to pay for extra lettuce. This is what I received on all 7 of the tacos we had with our order. I will not return to this location ever.

This is why I don’t go to taco bell often. This is a supreme and look at the amount of meat. For the price you pay it’s a joke not even a decent scoop. Never again. They also do not pick up there phone.

Well went threw drive threw just got my kids freezes and this guy saw me so busy with everything going on in my vehicle which I kept apologizing for kids screaming/fighting and guy proceeded to try and hand me my receipt without giving my Card the card machine is right by window fr… It seemed intentional. .. Yall watch out i will not be returning!

Well let’s just say I had to see a doc after eating here. I ordered the luxe box . 1.the “sliders” where tiny like the size of a Doritos chip, I had one small piece of steak in frist one next one they left the steak out . 2. The two tacos where old and the cheese doritos taco had no meat ..just old lettuce and a few pieces of shredded cheese. Then the kicker the plain taco had meat and cheese and tomatoes and sourcream but when I took the frist bite it was like glass and a piece of it broke off and stabbed me in the gum. I was done . The other order was 3 soft taco’s with everything , they had no sourcream or very little meat..they put everything on one end of the shell too. This cost me over 20 dollars and a lot of pain .
