Staff was totally inappropriate and treated me as a customer horribly. I was parked off to the side of the road trying to finish eating my food so I could move and they came out and told me to move not just once but repeatedly within a five minute period 3 staff while I was trying to gather up my belongings and put my food away, and those of my handicap passenger so I could move. I was not impeding traffic. I was not blocking anything. This was simply a control issue with their staff. If I had been blocking anybody, I would’ve been glad to move. I won’t be back to this Taco Bell and I hope corporate takes notice of their behavior and their attitude. Food was great. Just the staff was horrible.

Taco Bell never disappoints for a quick bite. The food was fresh, the service was fast, and everything was served just the way we ordered. Staff were friendly and the place was clean and well-maintained.

Am I the only one that detest the kiosk instead of customer service representatives? I dont wanna order food at kiosk. I find it disgusting to touch screen everyone else touches w their unwashed hands. I find it disrespectful that these are allowed instead of allowing people to work to support their families. When there is a problem there is noone to tell & no one to fix the problem. From the kiosk you can see who’s working and who is not, the . I placed my order & several drive thru came & went as well as family of 5. No drink carrier offered on to go order, no hot sauce & i have to make drinks, I mean seriously? To add to it look at the tables all were dirty and no condiments available for the to go order. This is bad service anyway you look at it.

I just left here now. They didn’t add our crunchy taco and nacho fries to the screen when we ordered. When we pulled up to the window, we asked the girl who had half taken our order. She said uhh and closed the window. Then a man opens the window and just asked us to pay. We asked about it again and he said “two crunchy tacos? I have them here” holding a new second bag. We said no,a crunchy taco and a nacho fry. He checked and said it was there so we took it. When we looked at the second bag, it was so cold and there were almost no fries. None fallen in the bag either. It looks like someone was eating out of this bag and they handed it to us. We don’t feel comfortable eating this and it ruined our dinner.

Need more help on the counter. Ordered the new grilled cheese taco box, and it came crushed and had little shredded cheese on the side. I asked for no sour cream and add spicy Ranch in the beefy 5 layer, and the other one that came in the box, they both came with nothing. I also ordered chicken quesadia, and it barely had enough filling for 2 of the quarters.

Service was fast and staff were friendly, but the food was less than what you’d expect from your typical Taco Bell. The cinnamon twists had almost no cinnamon on them, and my chalupa shell was weirdly hard.

The food was adequate and prompt but, for some reason, they decided we needed soft drinks with zero ice. It’s 90+ degrees and climbing..we were served room temperature soft drinks with no ice.
