Did a mobile order today, when I got there the employee at the drive through told me they never got my order, even though I had a verification email with my order number. She just kept telling me to “check my app” which is what I was doing. She seemed annoyed and asked me to just come to the window, when I did I showed her the verification. She finally told me they had my order, only for it to not be my order. She then told me to park and come inside. I left. I submitted a support ticket on the app and I’m hoping I can get a refund since I didn’t get my order.

Whoever the older lady is that works there— she is SO nice. She was working between 5pm-6pm on 08/19/25! THE nicest person I’ve ever come in contact with in any type of customer service. We always know her voice when she takes our order and it doesn’t matter what time of day she works, she is ALWAYS so kind and its genuinely appreciated!

I sincerely like this Taco Bell, they’re always fast, the foods always fresh, the sodas always have the correct proportions between carbonation and syrup mix (which I can’t say about most places), the staff have always been lovely, and they rarely mess up an order.
They do a really good job here and I have 0 issue recommending this specific Taco Bell to people. If Taco Bell is your jam, try this location before the other one.

Overall, our family felt like this was one of the best Taco Bell’s we’ve been to in a while! The food was warm and nicely organized for us to split up among our family. The place was clean and the music wasn’t outrightly crude like some other stores we’ve been to. It was wonderful to enjoy this dinner together!! 5 stars for this Taco Bell

I already hate this taco bell for what it is, but that’s on me. What’s not on me is how unfriendly this place is despite being as close to automated as possible. No booths, no high chairs. While it’s decently accommodating for people who might be in wheelchairs, that’s the extent of it.
While there today, the female taking our order couldn’t seen to quit joking with whoever was near to pay attention to the order, and was fairly condescending. It was pretty childish. She missed a taco on our order. The fries were also old and cold.
Gosh I can’t stand this place but that was the cherry on top.

I have only been through the drive thru and online pickup lines so far, so I don’t know the inside layout and cleanliness very well, but I ordered a couple of online party packs this time. This might be the fastest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. From when I pulled in, it did not even take five minutes to have everything I ordered plus some extra waters ready. Amazing service, friendly staff, and very accurate with orders so far. Plus, they have Baja Blast. Baja Blast good. Bonus star. 6/5

This is the best Taco Bell we have ever been to. They give you enough cheese sauce, everything is hot and fresh and the get the order correct! They are busy but it is well worth the wait!
