I swung by here for lunch and visited with a really nice lady that helped me place my order on their self serve screen. Food was great and food service was awesome as well. Tables were clean and the entire property was clean.

I think it’s a massive insult to have your customers come in and order their food and ring it up. When you try to order something and something comes with it that you don’t want the system will not let you proceed until you pick something it forces you to order something you don’t want and then you ask the lady at the front desk to make sure that you don’t get charged for it and she says you’ll have to order something else. We can’t make it not charge you for something you don’t want.
I asked the lady behind the desk if she could ring me up in person since the computer was messing up my order and she proceeded to say no the computer is not working after she locked her screen, which was a blatant lie.
The food I ordered, looked absolutely nothing in size wise that it did on the menu screen it looked much larger than when it came out of the kitchen.

I ordered thru the app and when it was time to give my kids the drinks, my boyfriend noticed that there was molded strawberries in the drinks. I called door dash then was transferred to Taco Bell. Was told that I was more than likely lying, but promised a refund for the drinks. Called today to follow up because my account isn’t any different, and was told that the main manager was in Tulsa. Then proceeded to tell me that I could come in person and get it. I said it would have to be tomorrow because public transit was closed. And all I got was an “ok”. And hung up on. Poor customer service and molded food. I still have the pictures too. Will never eat here again. I’d rather download door dash, and give bueno my business.

Stopped at this location for a brief bite of lunch. This location has gone completely to kiosk ordering so someone had to help us navigate the new menu. Food was just okay. This is a small restaurant so groups larger than four would have to split across multiple tables.

Store was kind of open and kind of not around 9 pm on a Wednesday. The lights were off everywhere but the main lobby and there were employees taking smoke breaks and talking to each other. Google Maps and Taco Bell corporate state the store should still be open, and yet it looks like it’s closed, with no sign saying they are closing early. I was able to go in to use the bathroom and then waited around for someone to take my order. Employees seemed to ignore my presence.
