Rotato the smooth brain and tardicus
Their service is very atrocious, they will steal your last 4 dollars.
My husband told the drive thru window worker to put that 4 dollars back on her card ( me) and that he will get the order and she swiped his card and went about our business.
I haven’t checked it which I should’ve, so I called to find out how much was on my card and found out my 4 dollars isn’t on there.
This very ridiculous, this is why you don’t get tips, you expect people who come through to give you tips and then you have the audacity to steal money off of peoples card that who has done nothing wrong to you.
We’re all going through shit too, and I’m sorry if your life at home sucks but don’t take it out on innocent people. Very sad

Terrible experience. You can’t make it much easier when you order the “box” meals, and then for them to mess up that order, and then I called back and they acted like the food was in my box ( when it most definitely wasnt ). When I asked if the were gonna fix my order I was told “I guess” and then (click) I get hung up on. This place needs new management.

Really didn’t have service. We used a kiosk. So they only set our food on the counter and walked off. ALL the tables were FILTHY!!! They NEED to pay more attention to the lobby and store front! NOT staying hidden and only seen, when someone comes through the drive. There’s NO greeting when you walk in or leave! My cantina chicken quesadilla had red sauce just slapped on it, EVERYWHERE! Very sloppy. There are very few (fast food) eating locations in Checotah, NEXT time we will eat somewhere else!
