This location has gone downhill badly, and these pictures say it all.
Let’s start with 3 days before I even came in, I was told it would be a 15–20 minute wait just to get food started if I ordered. No explanation why or apology. When I finally decided to come in anyway, this is what my husband and I were served. Absolutely unacceptable. These are supposed to be Mexican pizzas… so where is the cheese? One barely has any at all, and the other looks like it was sprinkled from across the room. Sloppy, uneven, drowning in sauce, don’t get me started on the lack of meat and clearly thrown together with zero care. If this is considered “quality control,” that’s a problem. To make it worse, even when you order inside, you’re still waiting 20 minutes or more, and there is never anyone at the counter when you actually need help. No communication, no apology, no accountability just long waits and disappointing food.
This has been an ongoing issue, not a one-time bad experience. It’s always a 20+ minute wait time inside (drive-thru is more important) If you’re going to charge full price, the food should at least resemble what’s on the menu. These pizzas were embarrassing to serve, and judging by how often this happens, management clearly doesn’t care.
Save your time and your money. We won’t be back.

DO NOT GO HERE!! Took 15 minutes of waiting as the next car in line to order in the drive thru line and another 15-20 minutes to get the food after ordering. Employees had time to drink their own drinks but not make food, watched one employee finish a drink and refill it before we got food. Had us pay and then ignored us while we waited for the food. Drive thru ticket track (the screen that keeps track of how long it takes to get the food) was not tracking anything so their metrics probably look great unlike the reality. Utterly horrible, would have left if there wasn’t a line of cars behind mine waiting also.

I ordered the new nacho supreme dip, the girl taking my order kept trying to tell me it is the nacho bell grande, when I got to the window I explained what I wanted, she said she would fix it and give me that, when I got home they had given me cheese dip and chips. I tried calling numerous times and no one answered. Not too mention the girl who took my order proceeded to talk very rudely about me while I could literally hear her through the window, very unprofessional.

Absolutely fantastic, Miami has the best Taco Bell of anywhere in this area! (There was another rly rly good one in middle-of-nowhere-Mississippi, too)
In some ways I like the new remodel, but in some ways it really messed everything up. You can still order at the register, but some will now act really inconvenienced in the process, which sucks! I always love my Taco Bells to have a lot of personality, I genuinely enjoy eating here, and I like to get a bit of a rapport with the workers – I knew a lot of them by name! And they recognized me by my order, or by MY name! I really don’t understand this new-world push for sterile nothingness over warmth and happiness, but it makes me sick lolol

I guess times are changing, but I don’t like it. Still great food for good prices, but I’m watching those two like a HAWK to see if anything changes I might just be old school or whatever. But I’m definitely talking too much about this – Just come get you a burrito, or a taco, or whatever name you want to use for the same four ingredients prepared into different shapes! It’ll be good! That’s all you can rly say.

Strange experience at this location. I ordered via the kiosk and chose to pay at the counter. It took quite some time to be seen waiting to pay. The young man taking my money short changed me. When I pointed out the error he said the cash drawer couldn’t be reopened and offered to pay me out of his pocket, I declined his offer, knowing that was against his company policy.

What upset me was his rude comments to a coworker about our exchange within ear shot of me at the counter.

I found this to be extremely unprofessional.

You spend 3 months re-doing the inside you could’ve hired more people staff is rude and did not worry about other people’s timing at all. I completely understand times are changing, they’ll make you order on the kiosks even if they’re just standing there. We spent 45 mins waiting for our food while the drive through was getting theirs before ours. Absolutely ridiculous!

They did get our order right. But they complained about making the food the way we wanted it. Could hear & see them complaining & throwing our food in the bag. CRUSHED our tacos by throwing them into the bag. The second we walked in they told us we had to go to the kiosk & order our food ourselves. And didn’t do it that nicely. They said they couldn’t do orders at the counter no more. Never heard that one before. When we ordered a burrito with meat, lettuce and cheese they put very little meat and then over loaded all our food with lettuce. Will not be going back. 2 people were nice the rest of the workers were rude and it was only 11 o’clock in the morning when we went in there.

All the taco shells were crushed so we had to put them on plates to even eat them, got the new avocado crispy chicken burrito and got no avocado and the chicken was so overcooked it couldn’t even be bitten into. Ordered a dorito locos taco with NO TOMATOES because tomatoes are bad for your kidneys and my mom has kidney disease, not only did it have tomatoes but it had so much that they were spilling out of the wrapper.

I know the 3.3 rating doesnt scream come see us at this location. However this was the best grilled cheese steak burrito I’ve had at any taco bell. I travel all over Oklahoma too. I honestly cant believe I’ve ate so many mediocre ones. I didnt know they could even be this good.
