The food was amazing as always and the girl at the window with the red hair was absolutely amazing. She was super nice and able to help us out with our two mobile orders and she had such a positive attitude. It is such a shame that the greedy managers are forcing such nice employees to be so stingy with the sauces on our orders. I ordered 15 diablo sauce and 15 hot sauce because I needed 15 of each for the large amount of food that I ordered. Making your employees put only 9 diablo and 3 hot sauce is extremely frustrating as a customer and I feel bad for the employees that have to work under such management.

Staff is very friendly and helpful while underperforming.
Quality varies significantly on the shift working. Ordering “extra” of something on an item often ends up as just an extra charge with no extra anything else. Based on weight and repeated orders.

Ok, story time…… Im going thought a tough time in life, dont need to shear details here, lol. But I was alone, sad and going thought it! I was like, dude…..go get some Taco Bell, just eat and chill out. I went today 10/7/25 around 12:40pm…Who ever was staffed at this time…wow. The food was epic! The lady’s and guys where so nice and where just fire. It was definitely a pick me up. I didn’t talk to the employees about personal things just let them do their job and I just ate….AMAZING small things that matter to a person is just being treated nice and good food. 10/10 will go again.

The staff was pleasant, the tacos were pretty standard, and the quesadilla (pics included) was a scam. I got 3 soft tacos, 3 Dorito tacos, and a chicken quesadilla. The chicken was beyond dry, and it tasted weird- almost like there was bacon in it (I don’t eat pork so this was a much unwanted flavor). I think it was overseasoned, or it simply developed a weird flavor after sitting untouched for several hours. Maybe both? It was the thing I was most looking forward to and most disappointed by. It wasn’t cut properly either- they may need new tools because there was an indent, so they did try. One “piece” has absolutely nothing inside, while the other 3 “pieces” were full of dry and weird tasting chicken with VERY little cheese. Super sucky.
My sauce situation was depressing and upsetting too. I asked for a “ton” of sauce (I need at least 2 per taco), but they have me 5, FIVE total. For 6 tacos and a quesadilla.. ♀️ (Different definitions I guess?)
* I also asked for an extra side of quesadilla sauce, which I didn’t receive, but it seems like they put extra on it.
** I went back because I couldn’t waste $7! They gave me a refund no hassle and were super nice about it. Like I said, the staff rocks here!

This Taco Bell is probably the stingiest, worst service fast food establishment to ever exist. I feel bad for the people who work here. I can count the amount of beans they put in an entire burrito on two hands. They give you three packets of sauce, individually wrapped in a bag to further contribute to waste, and act like you are trying to rob the place if you ask for more. I can only imagine that the owner or manager of this place is a tyrant or they manage to hire equally stingy people.

Honestly out of all the taco bells in and near tulsa, this is the best one so far. They dont forget stuff, food items look well made not like other ones where it looks slopped together or looks like they put one dot of sauce you cant even taste till u get to that bite of the burrito. Spread it out people.

Understaffed, probably doesnt pay enough. Wait time inside ridiculous inside, watched about 20 cars go through the drive thru. Offered complimentary drinks but nothing healthy to choose from. Forced to order at kiosk, sauce chosen but I had to get it myself. Why bother asking me. Corporate is to blame not the local staff.

Food missing. The quesadilla was practically just tortilla. The burrito had barely any filling. The cheese dip sauce was not even halfway full! The cheese was up to just my fingernail (shown in photo) what an absolute waste of money.

Not coming back to this location. Asked for something to be removed from a burrito due to an allergy, order was wrong. They remake it, no biggie. The remake has the same issue. So I have to pull around for the third time, they don’t believe me. I show them the burrito & they’re just like “oops, gave you the wrong one”. People’s allergies need to be taken seriously & also, what a waste of time. At that point, I just got a refund & missed out on dinner there. The incompetence is wild.
