Was super excited to try the new Chalupa Street.
We got two orders. As you can see by the pictures they are not the same. At the order box she said they were steak. These were chicken. They did not ask us what meat we wanted.

We come here very frequently and everytime we come it is extremely disappointing never any sauces we ask for and our food is cold everytime nonetheless my chicken taco had literally 4 pieces of chicken on it and the taco shell was smashed its getting ridiculous and im not even one to complain

This is the WORST fast food place I have ever been. We give them chance after chance since we live nearby but EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. There is something wrong. Either I get no chips with my cheese, my foods cold. Has condiments on it that aren’t supposed to be there, or they lie and tell me they are “out of beef”. They can’t do anything right even with the simplest order. If you’re going here, check your order. And expect something to be wrong. I’m not usually one to leave a bad review or even get upset at a little mess up here and there but it’s every time without fail.

They forgot my burrito! the main part of my order. How do you mess up an order when you only have one customer in line AND still make them pull forward to wait? This is the second time they’ve messed up my order, and I’m not going back. You had time to fix the parking lot, but not your nighttime staff. Do better.

Absolutely the worst place I have ever been in my entire life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have never in my life gotten so many wrong orders, every time I come to this location something goes wrong, they even told me “we are out of beef” they constantly miss food on my order, and when they do and I try to get the order corrected my tacos and crunchwrap end up soggy. Do not eat here I have lived less than a mile away for almost a decade and they have never once gotten my order correct despite hundreds of chances. You should fire everyone here or close the store I cant believe how awful things are, and right next to the HardRock casino.

I order from this Taco Bell all the time, I’m starting to get really tired of their staff messing up my food. every time I order on the app and make sure to get my order exactly how I want it, and every time they some how get it wrong. I’m not sure if the cooks are blind and just don’t care, but it’s not that hard to make an order correctly. Don’t waste your time and money at this establishment.

Wow, I mean this is pathetic. I haven’t been to a Taco Bell in awhile and decided to go tonight and the quality of the food and how little you get for how much it costs is mind boggling. Tacos were thrown in a bag half unwrapped chips were dumped upside down and the amount of cheese you get with the chips and cheese for almost $3 is actually insulting. I think I’ll take this as a lesson learned and steer away from Taco Bell from now on.

yeah.. probably the last try on this location. The food smells so bad, I think it may be the grease? It might need changed bc the food smelt funky. The ordered two large nacho fries, both quesos look like that amount. Even if you married both of them together, it wouldn’t even fill it up half way. Listen, if you guys want to start nickel and diming everyone then I highly suggest you guys provide was customers are paying for. I saw the hours at this Taco Bell said that they now close around 10? The whole store might need to be closed and revamped. Also, take your greasy gloves off before handling the bag perhaps? Idk, a lot of misses here.
