Props for the lightning-fast drive-thru service, you got me in and out in record time!
Unfortunately, the 4-piece chicken tenders I ordered for my son were charred beyond recognition. I’m talking hockey puck hardness here. You’d think iIf you’re going to add tenders to the menu, maybe learn how to cook them first? Because these are inedible!
There’s a big difference between “crispy” and “fossilized.”
Speed is great, but not when the food is inedible!

There is no service at Taco Bell any more. No menu’s either. You order on the app or on the computer at the front desk & you wait on yourself. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I don’t like this at all. It gives no consideration for the elderly, the handicap, the people who just do not have electronic skills. Then after ordering I only got half my order & I actually ordered correctly, they just didn’t take the time to make sure they had the order complete before sending it out. I’m just speechless… not sure what the world is coming to.

Everything was as expected. Food tasted pretty good and fresh.
I will say that I got to the window just as my wife text that she wanted food. I was the only person in line, and they made me drive around the building to order again, as the next person in line. Seems like there would be a better procedure. I get it if there is a line, but there wasn’t. Maybe just something to consider. Over all though, food was good.

Stopped to Taco Bell for lunch and thought I would get my usual order of a quesarito. Turns out they no longer have this on their menu? Bummer but no big deal- I ordered a nachos bell grande instead. Got home and opened up the nachos and there was a hair in it. $6 for nachos, that I ordered as a second place option, just to not eat them because there’s a hair in it.

I came by the drive-thru on Thursday (11/20) around midnight with my friend. I told the lady at the speaker I had a mobile order, and when I asked if I could add something else, she gave attitude right away.
At the window she was rude, short, and even slammed the window shut while we were still waiting. It felt really unprofessional and made the whole interaction pretty uncomfortable.
