I am beyond disappointed with my experience at Taco Bell. If I could give them zero stars I would!! I went to order and the lady that took our order was so hateful. She sounded like she was high and talked so slow it was painful to even get through the order. I asked about the limited time special she just snapped they don’t have that instead of politely saying they were out. She kept saying anything else after everything I was trying to order.
Customer service makes or breaks a place, and this was honestly one of the worst interactions I’ve had at a drive-thru. It felt unprofessional and completely unwelcoming. I understand everyone has bad days, but being rude and dismissive to customers isn’t okay. Definitely won’t be rushing back anytime soon.

If I could post a zero star across the board I would. The store has posted hours of being open until 3AM on Friday and Saturday but they close at least 30 minutes earlier because I arrived after work at 2:30am. Not to mention the girl that was still there (not working, saying they were closed) was so high she couldn’t comprehend, first I’m not “DoorDash” and second, I’m asking about the posted hours that are literally 1 foot away on the window…..

don’t understand how Taco Bell can be out of both beef AND beans. Like… how are you out of the literal foundation of your entire menu? Your name is Taco Bell — not “Chicken and Potatoes Bell.” I drove here expecting tacos, not disappointment. And to make it worse, the food I did get tasted awful. The chicken was nasty, dry, and had a weird flavor that made it basically inedible. If you’re going to run out of the main ingredients and serve food that tastes this bad, at least put a sign up before people waste their time and gas. Completely ridiculous. Won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Despite having a different Taco Bell a 1/4 mile from my house, we drive 15 minutes to go to this one. The food is always piping hot and they don’t skimp on ingredients. The soft shells are never hard on the ends. The seating area is very clean. The fountain drink dispenser also appears clean and they don’t run out of my Baja Blast. The only negative is having to use the order-yourself screens which is probably Taco Bell wide.

Will never return. This is hands down the worst Taco Bell we’ve ever had. Crunchy taco shells were absolutely disgusting. Bitter, stale, with a weird chemical flavor and smell. Taco meat also tasted off and watery. Looks like someone else has reviewed with the same experience with the corn shells. Seems to me corporate should be looking into this and fixing this problem? I never leave bad reviews, but it was so bad we had to throw it out. Do better!!! Word travels fast.

Lover of Taco Bell here and was really excited for this new one thinking they would be exceptional since it is new, but the Togo guy was short and snippy. We got our food and the tortillas on the burrito were crunchy and old there was barely any beans and it was very sloppily thrown together. We were the only ones in the drive through.

Dirty smell as soon as you walk in. Gross greasy film on every touchable service. Bathrooms were disgusting. Fryers were broke , so half the menu was unavailable. Soda machine needs calibrated. Soda tasted like straight carbonation. Food was horrible. Tasted like it had been sitting awhile. Experience was on par with burning a $20 bill.

You guys need to fix whatever it is that is going on with the cleaning products or the bathroom. There’s an extremely strong sewer smell in the dining entrance. It’s hard to buy food and eat after the waft hits you continuously. I know the workers are probably nose blind after being there for hours but start asking people if you want to confirm. It might help pinpoint the problem.

this taco bell was so good a couple months ago but the workers seem to have changed the girl at the drive through is so stale and just doesn’t seem to want to be there makes me feel like an inconvenience every time and i work nearby so i come here quite often

they tried to charge me full price for 2 medium drinks during happy hour and tried to argue with me over it. on top of that i was the only car in line and it took them 4 minutes for the two drinks and they didn’t even remember what drinks i had ordered. i saw that they had time to take an order and have it ready for the car that pulled up behind me before even starting my drinks.
EDIT : just got home and the drinks are not even good waayyyy too much syrup
