The drive-through driveway is a bit tightly curved at the SW Lee blvd. Food was fast in drive-through. Food quality was Par with other taco bell fast food restaurants.

So far this new location blows the others out the water! Now I have always had to wait a few extra minutes for my food, however it is fresh, delicious, and not consistently incorrect! I also appreciate that every time I come that I am not told something is not working or being cleaned, between the freeze machine, or the fryers being down with the other locations I always ended up leaving empty handed! So far customer service here is much better as well! I continue to drive out of the way to eat at this location now when craving Taco Bell!

The two workers tonight definitely need to learn better attitude in customer service and leave their sighs of frustration and annoyance about an order to themselves. The guy at the window was acting like my 7 year old nephew when we tell him to do a chore before going outside. Lol They was anxious to leave obviously with how much attitude they gave about a party pack, but understand y’all are on the clock. Hopefully they mature enough in their job to keep these frustrations to themselves.

My grandson and I visited this place on 5/23/2023. When we arrived, there were only 3 people working. Two cooks and one lady on drive thru and the front counter. We were there maybe a ten minutes and a young girl took our order. All of a sudden five or six more employees showed up. One turn off for me was that one of the cooks came from outside wearing his apron. He said something about his break. If he is going outside for break, then he should not be wearing his apron outside. The food was good so I was ok about the wait time. Perhaps the manager should stagger every one”s break so there is substantial coverage .

We went to taco bell at 245 there was two cars in the drive thru. The people said welcome to taco bell please give me a minute. It was a guy. Then we end up sitting there for 45 minutes. Then this rude lady says. Every taco bell in town is closed but this one and we don’t have anything but chicken. And also says I don’t know what to tell you beut I judt found out the other stores was closed. But 10 minutes later taco bell on sheridan was open and very much helpful.

I love taco bell but this one should be called taco hell. My family ordered some tacos in the drive thru when we noticed one female employee vaping out front which she did the entire time we had to sit in the drive thru waiting for 15 tacos. The night manager (I can only assume) took our order and after every item we said he would try to talk us out of it saying we’d have to wait way too long but I wanted taco bell so I said not a problem. When pulling around to the window I noticed the night manager was entirely too busy flirting with what looked to be a couple of 16 year Old girls which we found very off putting. After 5 mins of this he had them park out front so he could make their food. So the next car pulled to the window and it was about 10 minutes before any employee even noticed them. Then it was another 10 minutes before they received their order. So we pull up and had to wait about 15 minutes before they even opened the window or acknowledged us. Finally the night manager opened the window shouted how much we owed snatched the debit card from my husband ran it and basically threw it back into the car which I found very unprofessional for a man in his 40s. We waited about another 15 minutes before he came back and rudely gave us our tacos. When we got the tacos they were cold, soggy and falling apart. Before we could drive off the night manager threw his plastic gloves to the ground in a violent manner and proceeded to cuss. I am not sure if making 15 tacos was too hard for him but I think if you apply for a job and then take that job you should do your job in a professional way even if it is making tacos. I think the night manager was just upset he had ti actually do his job and couldn’t flirt with the under age girls anymore but the saddest part is with his 80’s hair cut and cringy ear piercing they are only being nice to him for the free tacos.

For a new Taco bell in town, I expected better. Went inside with a buddy and ordered from the kiosk. The wait was a while and when the food tray was brought out, it didn’t include the sauce or the drinks that came with it. Waited at the counter for maybe 5 minutes to be able to talk to someone just to find out they didn’t have a flavor of freeze readily available. The food was great afterward.
