This place needs some serious management review. It’s close to me so I’ve tried them a few times but am ALWAYS disappointed. Firstly, let’s make full taco. Cutting corners to possibly save money isn’t going to continue bringing business! They’re ALWAYS out of Dr. Pepper. At what point are they going to get their ordering figured out. Today my soft shell supreme’s were so empty it was ridiculous and the lettuce was nasty, like it’d previously been frozen. Zero stars today!

Ordered a cheese quesadilla and as you can see from the photo, it was not cooked and pretty cold. This was a Friday night at 10:50 p.m. I called Taco Bell and spoke to a Miss Zaharia (hope I have the correct spelling). She apologized and told me to bring back the receipt and they will take care of it. I went back and went into the lobby and was greeted by Miss Zaharia. She had a new quesadilla made by the staff and it was ready in minutes. I’m impressed by the professionalism shown by Miss Zaharia and it shows me Taco Bell takes care of their customers and do it with a positive attitude and accepts responsibility for their mistakes. Thanks!

Good old Taco Bell… Non-consistent quality. Waited in car line for 25 minutes and my taco shells were stale. Also staff does not acknowledge you at counter, busy or not.
