Every food preparer wears gloves to protect the public. The food is great and the staff even greater!
UPDATE: Taco Bell on Sheridan made some changes. Most of them are aesthetic. The restaurant looks even better. And the staff was so friendly. One young lady, I wish I could remember her name, had answers for every question we had. (The one on the right). She knew all the food changes and what came in and with an order. The other young lady was behind the counter but I can say she is quick with a smile, and has a good sense of humor. Actually the whole staff was grand. The General Manager was very nice also. I told him how much I liked this Taco Bell and he was very gracious in thanking me.

Sadly, the customer service at this location is horrific. With new technology and mobile ordering. Customer interaction seems to be frustrating to employees when a customer is inside the establishment. About 21 mins waiting, a worker finally asked, what I wanted? I never had a mobile order take so long, especially when no customers are present at the business. With five employees working, why was only one person making orders? Occasionally, two, but mainly one?

If you have 45 minutes to spare, this is a great place to stop in for a couple of tacos. If you want fast food, try another location or another chain. This is absolutely ridiculous, the manager has failed to create any sense of urgency in the kitchen. They have jokes, have a good time, they just don’t have your order.

The food is good but the practice of the “drive-thru” of paying for your order, then having to park in the parking lot – needs to stop!!
My order was given to another vehicle to touch and they figured it wasn’t their order, the employee brings it to me. That is not sanitary!

First time at this Taco Bell and it was definitely different from other ones I’ve been to. This place was clean(even the restrooms) the staff was very polite and helpful. The employees didn’t have attitudes or disrespectful tendencies. It was a nice chill place to eat and enjoy your meal and time there.

Ordered two crunchy tacos with ground beef received two limp soggy shells filled with excess lettuce and no meat. Complete rip off don’t go here should be closed and employees made to return paychecks as they don’t perform the job
