This is the second time I’ve gotten a discovery box and my Chalupa. The shell is not fried. It’s completely soft and there’s there’s weird wet spot at the bottom. I had to go back and ask about my nacho fries cause I got a large nacho fry and they only filled it up halfway. Luckily I was able to get my nacho fries fixed, but they did take the nacho fries back after I had already touched them And I’m pretty sure they’re not supposed to take food back after it’s been handed off and my Chalupa does not look right. I had also got a five layer burrito and like with the nacho fries I had to go back and tell them because it was so thin It wasn’t a burrito. Not to mention, they had a full house of people back there and it still took me and my grandma about 20/30 minutes to get our food Not to mention when I unwrapped my soft taco, the tortilla was sticking to the paper, and it just completely fell apart I am highly disappointed, especially considering I spent 15 bucks on this make it make sense.

I am trying to wrap my head around how crappy this taco bell has gotten, this was one of our fav places to eat, not anymore, what happened to taking time to make sure the order is gonna be good? We have lost money cause this food sucks. I would like a general manager to get ahold of me I would say close this place down.

Had the best experience at this Taco Bell last night. The girl taking our order at the drive through was absolutely amazing, the food was made perfectly, and we had a bunch of special requests and they did it all exactly right. Plus it was super tasty. Great experience, great Taco Bell.

We had our order mixed up the last time we went . We’re 40 minutes away when we found the problem. Called them up explained what happened they found the sales slip . Told us next time we come show them our slip and they made it right and remade our order right then no hassle. Very impressed.

It’s bad. The bell isn’t the best fast food but this location is particularly under performing. Cold tacos. Cold nacho cheese. I tried the chicken tenders because I’m dumb. Im pretty sure they were made on Tuesday or Wednesday then maybe an employee took em home in their pocket forgot about em until their next shift which was Saturday afternoon then sold em to me! Lol just kidding but they were truly terrible. Save your hard earned money and just starve rather than attempting to eat here

Got pulled to the front of the store to wait for 1 Taco and 1 chalupa even tho I was the only customer and then didn’t get my food till I pulled back thru the drive thru 45 minutes later! The food there is alright, especially for a bad review Taco Bell that has customer service issue and problems, especially not having time to clean the bathrooms like the toilets,floors and the sinks too, along with the entire restaurant as well.

Taco bell is always friendly, they get our order correct almost all the time and fixit if it isn’t right. The folks who do the making of the orders always wear gloves. Nice clean establishment sorry I have no pics at this time.
UPDATE: We had such a pleasant experience a few nights ago. While ordering we had the distinct pleasure of our order being taken by a young lady named Rochelle. She was so polite, saying yes ma’am and no ma’am, friendly and knowledgeable. I just had to do a review on her alone!
