Myself and 2 co workers, in separate vehicles went to get lunch through the drive thru. The Co worker ahead of me ordered his food, I got to the menu, and was told, no beef, steak or chicken. They are all out and there is a 30 minute wait on beef. So I pull off. The Co worker behind me, ordered food. Was going to wait on the beef. I asked them what they ordered, TACOs and STACKERS. One of the employees told the co worker that they wanted to go smoke so they lied so they didn’t have an order to make. Management needs to do pop up checks on over nights and figure out what is going on. Visit was early morning on 01.05.2026.

What even is this? Weird looking potato fiesta bowl. And the chicken nuggets were under cooked. Not only was the order wrong and the food was subpar the manager wanted to argue with me and refused to correct the wrong, she even put all the blame on the delivery driver. So wait 15 minutes in drive thru for a $7 box, $5 box and an extra 5 layer burrito. Just to have the $7 box with incorrect items, the extra 5 layer burrito missing and a taco fall apart less than a minute after leaving. Go back around, just to be told they wont replace anything because “you could have hidden it in the car somewhere”. And then customer service wont help because “we only offer replacement or refund when ordered online or in the app”. Whats the point of getting a receipt then? Absolutely horrible.

I was really looking forward to my Nacho Bell Grande with meat and cheese, but it was a letdown. There was barely any meat at all—definitely not worth the price I paid. With rising prices and shrinking portions, it feels like Taco Bell is skimping on the ingredients. It’s just ridiculous. Not sure if I’ll be back anytime soon.

Update: 10/3/23 it took from 11:13a-11:42a to get food via the drive through. Unfortunately the drive through is one lane and the crub was too steep for me to feel comfortable hopping it in my car… so we could to leave. Some cars behind us backed out, but not the car directly behind us, nor the cars in front of us.

If I could leave zero stars I would. The guy named Larry in the drive thru today was not only rude and disrespectful but he also argued with me at the drive thru window. The automated system asked if it was a mobile order. I responded yes. Then Larry came over the intercoms and argued with my rudely about there being a difference between mobile order and a ticket check in or something. I stopped him and told him that I did say mobile order and he proceeded to still have an attitude and argue so I drove up to the window and got my food.

Went for a quick dinner ordered 2 chicken and 2 beef …what I got when I got home was basically 4 veggitern tacos..tried to call phone just rang no one wants to answer..go figure..well the short of it is the food still sucks..

The Taco Bell closest to home has gone downhill. So I tried this one. I’ve gotten lunch from here the past three times in the span of a month. Every time I have come to this one I am greeted by the staff in a friendly and inviting manner. The food is always on point. I much rather make the drive to this one as it is so worth it!

Perhaps this is the best Taco Bell in Lawton with clean bathrooms and a Wi-Fi that works better along with the other 2 Taco Bell’s around here.
I just wish the staff tries to clean more on the dining area especially the soda fountain as well, because the soda fountain needs to be scrub down clean a lot.
