We tried the crispy chicken chipotle taco, and when I say you could break a window with this chicken, I’m not exaggerating. The chicken was extremely dry, tough, and visibly dehydrated. It was more like a jerky than “crispy.” It ruined the entire taco and made it difficult to eat. One bite in and we were already done. Very disappointing quality.

On a Saturday after my work shift I needed my quesadilla, nacho fries, and dew fix. I was pleasantly surprised with my Mountain Dew no ice being filled to the very top how I like it annnd when I got home my cheese sauce filled up well too. Sometimes they aren’t even filled half way and for 80 cents that’s usually frustrating, but not tonight… TONIGHT WILL BE THE NIGHT THAT I WILL FALL FOR YOU OOVER AGAAIN

I came to get food but I’m leaving your store because your line is so slow. You have two open lines to take orders in the Drive-Thru but you refuse to use both of them because one is for mobile orders only and I have never seen a single car in that line.
Maybe one line is all you’re capable of using and two lines would not make you faster but I see McDonald’s and Chick-fil-A using this method and absolutely killing it!

staff is usually pretty nice, but this woman and another worker were just quickly shoving food out of the window without a glance, didn’t ask for payment or anything. then when i asked for my drink that came with the meal (which was sitting on the counter) she just wordlessly pushes it into my hand and slams the window shut lol, like sorry i didn’t realize it was such an inconvenience to give me what i ordered? i realize they may be trying to get as many people out as possible, but it isn’t hard to be nice, coming from someone who also works in the service industry!

I tried to call numerous times today no luck… always good food & service here but today ordered a crunchwrap, I’m sure the picture will speak volumes ordered in the app & picked up in the drive thru, still good service though, I was still super hungry unfortunately not sure how this slipped through quality check? Dude. Clean your damn grill. Got my Crunchwrap and it was covered in burnt pieces of who knows what. Tried to wipe it off but the taste of ash was ingrained. Complete disappointment. Every time I go to this location I have an issue. I once waited for 8 minutes for someone to take my order. It got to the point where I didn’t even want TB anymore, I just wanted to see how long it took, sat in the drive thru for 20 some minutes. Most the time I’m missing the extra taco or something that comes with the meal, or they don’t add hot sauce. No big deal. But this time it was my main food item. Not cool.
