I went to this location two days ago after work to bring some food home for the family, the person in the drive-through was very very rude seemed like he just didn’t want to be helping at all, I had asked a few questions and he was getting mad at me for asking them and it was only questions regarding the food items on the menu with no one else in line behind me. Just straight up unacceptable.
After I got home we took all the items out of the bag and two items were missing from my order whatever no big deal we will just sit here and enjoy our food. Well after we started eating we had someone bite into a burrito with a HAIR IN IT!!! WE ENDED UP JUST THROWING AWAY OUR WHOLE ORDER AND WE PAID $36 FOR IT!

I went to this Taco Bell tonight to grab some food & the tablets were having some issues. But the staff were very friendly & polite. The manager was very helpful with handling the issue & reset the tablets for them to work properly as they had an issue earlier. It was around 6:45 when I came to this location. I will definitely be coming back to this one again.

Everyone on the line at 8pm or around then deserves a tip I wish I could leave one on the app! I had a highly complicated order and man let me tell you they SERVED!! Literally 2 bites into my food and had to come write this as a manager in food service your people deserve to know that they did that stuff man!! Great work, great food, and I dont even enjoy Taco Bell or go out of my way to eat there I just had a gift card.

This particular Taco Bell comes equipped with a time portal that takes you back to the year 1995 where such wonders as the vhs tape and the floppy disk were popular mediums to store data all the other popular devices were the taco and the Taco Bell in this time portal I experienced both being young and old at the same time while enjoying the original 7 layer burrito that was only 98 cents and a Mountain Dew because a Baja blast had not yet been invented As I came back out of the time portal I realized that you’re 2025 was a crap year because there was expensive burritos and Baja blast that had been watered down. When I went back to jump back into the portal to go back to 1995 I realized there was no portal I had simply fallen and hit my head on the table in the middle of the lobby and hallucinated the entire event obviously I will be Coming back for lunch every day until I experience what I experienced again because I will never know true happiness until I’m back in the year 1995

This was honestly one of my worst Taco Bell experiences. The taco meat was a cold paste and was just generally unappetizing. The taco shells also had a weird aftertaste. I’m not exactly sure what was wrong, however, I did stop by very late at night, so I could have just been served old product.

Last night was my last night eating here. This is the second time I ever ate here and both of my orders was horrible, correct but poorly made. To begin I wanna apologize for being that customer coming through the drive being sooo indecisive at 3am. However the 2 employees working were so amazingly nice,patient,and made me feel important. They made sure to help me and not make me feel rushed. I didn’t catch their names but it was a black young man I believe I heard the young lady call him don. The women taking my order had short blond hair. This was the absolute best customer service I have ever received and I’ll be back just to see them two specifically. I was amazed with how great the food quality was as well. Give them two a raise.

On Saturday 2/3/2024, 7 pm, We went inside and waited 10 minutes at the counter, no one greeted us or acknowledged our presence. I had to raised my voice for some help or need to order. The drive through person told me to use the kiosk to ordered, which was ok, had I know. That’s besides the point, after I ordered my food, see picture of my receipt of date and time, we waited 15 minutes for our food. I had to asked what’s going on? This lady said, they will refund my money if I cannot wait. Very rude and pisses off. We are in the store for 25 minutes with no food. Asked for her name, she refused to give me her name. Go to another place, don’t come to this place. Will send a letter to Taco Bell corporate office.
