We got all the way home before realizing the cinnamon twists were missing.
My friend ordered ONE thing, cinnamon twists, which makes this mistake almost impressive. I even asked about icing, so they were definitely discussed. Still… gone.

Just a clear lack of management. People chatting it up standing around having a drink while one person is busting their but prepping the food. No team work. No sense of urgency to get food out quickly. Yet the price for a taco is now $2. Remember when they used to be $.79 yeah not worth it. Waited over 10 minutes for my order.

Visited this location yesterday for the app promotion for the new chicken bacon ranch street tacos, talk about a burnt disappointment, also tried to order a new drink conftie cake slush, machine wasnt even working. Not only that but the app advertised drinks for $1 during happy hour, when I tried ordering it I was told the happy hour deal only included the mt dew Baja blast. The service took way to long. Either it was intentional or the workers didn’t know what they were doing. I will not be returning to this location, lol I guess you get what you pay for

They had audacity to delete my review … LMAO !!! THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. THEYRE RUDE !!! Theyre food quailty is TERRIBLE. Ive caught a fly in my food … before … been delt with disrespect and tone … like know your place lol….. they once forgot my drink then said they did give it to me and im lying??? And also SO LAZY its sad. I would never reccomend coming here to even my worst enemey !! This place needs to be shut down or a complete new staff … WHY DID my other review get deleted too….. ????? I went to a different taco bell completley different and amazing vibe and the food WAS FRESH AND SO good!

This is the closest Taco Bell to me in the past year and nobody hired here should be in fast food or customer service. Not a single order I’ve had here has been made right, no employee retention, they repeatedly do not give me my change, I’ve had chunks of my order just missing if I doordash from here, I’ve sexually harassed by one of the employee’s extremely young children that were hanging out there? If there’s managers on duty while employees are just chatting or not taking orders I would be genuinely surprised. Bottom of the barrel.

They don’t satisfy their customers, although they advised how to get a refund. I didn’t feel like they valued us customers. We were told someone must have taken out mobile order, we saw no order placed, which means they forgot to make it or gave it away. So that tells me they aren’t cautious of their actions.

Went there around 11 pm 02/15/2026 and they said it would be 30 min before they had any beef. How in the heck do you run out of beef at a taco restaurant? Very disappointed! I would have picked a zero rating if given the option.

I want edit this review since the one I made 2 years ago. This taco is fantastic! I’ve ordered door dash last 2 nights and everything has been exceptional from the food down to my delivery drivers. I am very appreciative of being able to get a cheap meal when I don’t feel well enough to cook. The food has been correct, all the sauces and food is in the bag and I have received my drinks! Thank you so much!

This is the worst taco bell. If you want your order incorrect 100 percent of the time, this is the place for you. Orders are always missing items and made incorrectly. Ordered a taco with no lettuce, got one with lettuce. Didn’t receive the burrito nor the nacho cheese that came with my meal. The burrito my fiance got had a stale crackling tortilla. The drinks taste like soda water and the lids leak everywhere.

This is the worst taco bell. If you want your order incorrect 100 percent of the time, this is the place for you. Orders are always missing items and made incorrectly. Ordered a taco with no lettuce, got one with lettuce. Didn’t receive the burrito nor the nacho cheese that came with my meal. The burrito my fiance got had a stale crackling tortilla. The drinks taste like soda water and the lids leak everywhere.

I keep thinking the prices are fantastic but when I order through the apps I get these results everytime. I try complaining through the app/online and literally get ignored.
That’s a 4oz container of cheese less than 1/3rd full. the chaulpa barely has meat on it let alone $1.19 worth of steak added on top of the chicken. The supreme soft taco is lacking sour cream all together as is the stacker. Only a pinch of chips.
I haven’t even looked into the burrito. I ordered a Baja blast and my drink was a standard Mtn Dew which may be reasonable but I was never informed of the lack of Baja Blast.
I understand value meals but to be so glaringly wrong per the order deserves attention and recompense and implies awareness of the product without informing of any subtractions while still charging full amount without communicating.
I could complain on whatever app but I never get a response nor a refund. Trash service that Taco Bell on N May in OKC won’t do anything about as far as satisfying a paying customer. Spend the extra dollars and go somewhere reputable.
